DR Horton Ardan Place staff was responsive to questions and made home buying a simple process. Although these builds are not customizable, options the design team selected was great! We love the Parade of Home perks our home came with!

I recently had a client buy a home in Ardan Place. Blake was great to work with. The home was completed ahead of schedule and communication was consistent throughout. We always knew what to expect and when to expect it. Great experience with the whole team on-site.

As we explored new home options, Ardan Place fit our timeline and key design features. Salesperson Blake Benson was responsive and thorough with our questions ranging from HVAC to street light assessments, as this was our first new home purchase. He walked us through the purchase agreement and communicated well with the other partners needed to complete our purchase. Thanks, Blake!

We have enjoyed our DR Horton home. We had an issue with a drawer in the kitchen and Teresa was super quick to respond and also to get it fixed. Teresa has been great to work with.

Really well kept community. Nicolle, the sales consultant was really friendly and helpful as well.
