Wasn’t flexible with scheduling. Asked if they could do 430pm and they said they only can do 4 pm. Had to take time off of work to accommodate their schedule. I went ahead and made the appointment and they didn’t show up. When they returned the call the excuse was that they mixed up the dates. Said they had coaching.

I have used the Tomas Brothers for a deck tear down and rebuild, installation of new windows and doors, and complete remodeling of our club room/basement including a small bathroom. They were responsive to my requests and creative in making a lovely cabinet to hide the sump pump. I will definitely call them when ready for the next project!

Tomas Brothers did a great job installing our new kitchen cabinets. They were very professional, organized, and efficient in their work. Our kitchen looks great! And all at a great price! Hire them - you won't be disappointed!

We recently completed a massive renovation and addition on our home, and choosing Tomas Brothers was easily the best decision we made. The project included a major addition, full kitchen renovation, new roof, siding, windows, a new bathroom, new flooring, extensive trim and carpentry work, as well as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades throughout. Tomas Brothers did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation! They achieved our vision with expertise and minimal fuss. Dan is a man of few words, but gets the job done and expertly runs a busy team, multitasking to get things done in an impressive timeline. The kitchen required taking out a load bearing wall, putting in a massive support beam, installing a new HVAC system upstairs due to loss of the wall, and new everything in the kitchen from floors to cabinetry to lighting. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely the worst in Oklahoma

Staff is friendly and professional. Made me comfortable and arranged meeting was on time...no waiting.

They ripped up the yard to repair a water line leak, and left a huge mound of dirt which they never took care. The neighbors were shocked that such a huge mess wasn't cleaned up by the company. They also did not clean the property upon move in.

They hide devices in their tenants home and harrass their tenants. They will follow you, and come into your home without you knowing or putting in a maintenance request. This is not a good rental property for families

I would honestly stay away. Slumlord galore....they don't care, took a month to fix our AC we were told to take care of the roaches that were there before we moved in. They're on their own time.Don't expect to get your deposit back. Ghetto housing.

STAY AWAY !! Took two years for them to fix the roof that was leaking into the bathroom.

Over 1 month and have yet to fix the AC

Do yourself a favor and not rent from them!
Bad office staff and "mike" is always unavailable and is only going to fix things at the end of your lease IF you sign a new one

STAY AWAY! These were the worst years of my life leasing a home from this company. They are rude, unprofessional and fraudulent. They will make you pay for everything and rip you off for your deposit when you move out. They broke several laws during my tenure all the way until the end but I didn’t have the energy to sue them.

This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks! They make up reasons so they can charge you then they don't have to pay! I got charged for nail holes that were there when I moved in! Do not rent from this company it will be one of the worst experience in your life when you move out!

PSC Property Management is owned and operated by a self-centered and down-right crooked man. His business will fall apart because he lacks empathy and cannot interact appropriately with other human beings; I have yet to encounter another person who demonstrates such apathy. Some of the houses are in decent condition, others would put him into the category of being a slum-lord. The lease agreement basically absolves him of any responsibility in maintaining his own properties; not that he won't ever make repairs (if it is convenient for him at that moment in time), but he just wants to make sure that legally he doesn't have to. Everything takes too long to get done, however it is not the fault of the office staff, as they simply have no control over making things happen. The owner feels it is necessary that he personally approve every single little thing done; although he is often not even in the office to do so. He is overwhelmed by his own deceitful desire to have his fingers in everything. I would never recommend PSC Property Management to anyone looking to rent a home.
