Brad was very professional. He was very protective of my kitchen when bringing in his tools and dollies. He would place work blankets down in both cases and a ramp to protect my step in door way. He was very knowledgeable about the ovens besides just installing. Thank you Brad.

When they were scheduled too far out to install my dishwasher, their office/scheduling found an opening for me the next day.
Paul came to install my dishwasher and was a true craftsman. He provided all new electrical and plumbing connections, added wood material to my cabinet to mount it as flush as possible, taking the time, and making the effort to do the job right, rather than work with what was existing.
I highly recommend them and see why they are the preferred installation sub-contractor for some of the largest appliance sales spots in the Treasure Valley.

Wonderful experience! Tyson kept in contact so I knew when he would arrive to deliver a recently purchased dishwasher. We got “white glove” service as Tyson protected our floors throughout the install. The installation went well and Tyson checked the dishwasher’s function and performed leak checks before leaving. H answered our questions and gave us his card and told us to call if we had any questions or issues. I’ll definitely use Better Appliance Services for any needed repair work, too.
