I had never used Better Appliance Service until today. I called this morning needing service today. They were able to get someone out this evening. The price is reasonable for same day service. I will definitely use the company again whenever I need any appliance installed or uninstalled. They provided excellent service.

These guys were professional courteous and went to extra mile to make sure the installation was perfect. They cleaned up everything they prepped everything as to not to scratch any floors or damage any surfaces. They were in and out in the set up was perfect. 10 out of 10.

Because of a miscommunication at the retailer, we required 2 visits to install a new microwave. 2 different installers, andboth were absolutely professional. On time, courteous, and knew their business. We would definitely use Better Appliance Services again.

Brad did great work installing our new dishwasher, despite the cabinetry being difficult to work around. He is very pleasant and did a great job cleaning up. Definitely recommend.

The BAS team has been fantastic to work with! Our initial point of contact was prompt, professional, and we were scheduled with a time and date that fit our needs! Their communications have been excellent; timeliness was perfect! With multiple large appliances being installed, we expected several hours of work and their crew stayed and cleaned up after themselves perfectly!

In our particular case, there was a manufacturers defect with our new refrigerator/freezer. BAS Immediately dispatched someone to come take a look, troubleshoot, and find solutions! I would highly recommend the BAS team for your appliance installation needs.

Tyson was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Our old dishwasher had leaked. The side wall of the cabinet (particle board) was pretty much saturated with water. The hardwood floor under the old dishwasher had begun to mold. He told us how to fix area, so it was clean & dry - then rescheduled install. He was patient. and put up with our questions and supervision of him while installing new dishwasher. He made sure dishwasher was correctly installed with no leaks occurring. He even took the extra time to tell us how to operate the new dishwasher. We will rehire him and Better Appliance Install when and if needed for future installations and appliance repairs.

Tyson did a super professional job and explained the functions of my new dishwasher which had not been discussed by my sales rep where I purchased it. I very much appreciated his expertise and help. I would definitely recommend the services of Better Appliance Install.

After eight years, we were in need of a new dishwasher. Our go-to for home appliances is RC Willey, and after picking out the new unit, they mentioned they offered installation through a third-party. I figured if they trusted them, it was worth giving it a shot to save myself the trouble of the install.

The same day I bought the dishwasher, I immediately got a phone call from a nice lady to schedule the installation. Fast forward to the day of: I got a text in the morning and then again when the tech was en route. They even arrived earlier than the supplied window, which was nice.

The tech, Sam, came in and immediately got to work. He was very professional and thorough. The install was done perfectly and timely. I would highly recommend Better Appliance for any repair or install work.

Outstanding service! Old dishwasher was removed and disposed of; new dishwasher was picked up for us at the appliance store and installed perfectly (despite a very tight opening), a couple of small upgrades done easily and the area was left clean and free of any garbage. The communications we had with Better Appliance were timely and responsive to all our questions. Paul was very friendly and great to work with - he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patiently took the time to explain what he was doing and why. And the price was very reasonable. We would definitively call on Better Appliance Service again if a need arises.

Better Appliances was very flexible with our dishwasher install even though we had to delay several weeks due to an insurance claim/ repair. They kept track of our needs, checking in periodically. When it came time for install, they scheduled quick, communicated well, and did a great job with the install. Sam was knowledgeable and helpful. Much appreciated!
