I will always use Western Appliance Repair. Had refrigerator making noise. Was a simple fix . Only charged me a reasonable fee. All I can say is , Rich is professional and very honest. Highly recommend

Rich was extremely helpful. He came promptly to the house and was able to fix the problem we were having with our fridge. He was reasonably priced and did a great job! We would use him again.

Rich was responsive and quick to get us on his schedule! He was there on time and found our problem easily, and fixed it quickly! A big relief not to have to worry about leaks anymore.

I called Rich about my dishwasher not draining early in the morning. Over the phone and at no charge he fixed the problem in less than five minutes. I called Western Appliance Repair today after the repair company we used to go to couldn't get us in for nearly 2 weeks. I have 4 kids and was desperate, as my washer wasn't working. Rich promptly returned my call, troubleshot with me over the phone and problem solved. He saved the day...and didn't make a penny. I called Rich on Saturday because our washing machine stopped working. Luckily, he was able to make an appointment to come to our house on Monday. He arrived exactly on time, discovered the problem immediately and fixed the machine. He is a very kind, friendly and professional man. I would not hesitate to call him again with any appliance problem that we have. Even my two Miniature Schnauzers loved him and they are very picky about who they will warm up to.

problem over the phone and brought the needed part with him so once at my home it only took him 15 minutes to get it fixed! Competitively priced and you can tell he knows what he's doing!

My landlord called Western Appliance at 9:00 am and I received a call back from Rich, the tech, immediately. I scheduled a meeting time with Rich at the house, which he was able to meet me earlier than scheduled, and he had the problem diagnosed within minutes. Rich was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. I was in the process of purchasing my own home so I had several questions about refrigerators, and he was able to answer all of them. He showed me how to clean the coils under my fridge and was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend him and will be calling Rich for all of my appliances issues in the future. Thanks Rich!

Rich came out promptly for the service call. As it turned out, the refrigerator didn't have an issue; we just needed to know how to properly position the settings in the winter. We appreciate Rich's honesty and the training he provided!

Right from the first phone call to the time the appointment was scheduled to happen, Rich from Western Appliance was professional, helpful and punctual. He came out to look at our fridge that was leaking water and was able to zero in on the problem quickly and initiate a repair within 30 - 40 minutes. When there was a follow up issue (that may not have even been related to the original problem), he came right out and fixed that too - free of charge. He is genuinely the real deal when it comes to the "service" he provides. I would recommend him for any and all appliance repair needs, and will surely use him again myself when the opportunity arises.

Extremely pleased! Rich was very punctual and professional! Within minutes of arriving, he had diagnosed the problem with my broken refrigerator, fan working but no cold air, as a worn out part. He had the necessary part and again, within minutes, he had the part installed and working! The price was fair, and it was within the budget I had set for myself due to the refrigerator being an older Amana model and being used as an extra refrigerator in my garage. We've been working with Rich and Western Appliance Repair for the past year. Their service has been spectacular!
