Murf is a life saver! We have used his services multiple times and he never disappoints. Most recently our refrigerator died. I called him Saturday morning. Even though he doesn't usually work weekends he came over and was able to bring the fridge back to life. We were so incredibly thankful. I always call Murf first when things go wrong!

Murf was awesome, he came the very next day to fix my washing machine. When I called the gal that answered was very friendly and clear about the charges and the time the repairman would be at my home. He told me exactly what he was doing, how much it would cost and what may be an issue in the future. Professional, friendly, and thorough.
Definitely would recommend and will call again if the need arises!!

We've used Murf's twice in as many years since moving to Boise. Both times we thought for sure our appliances would need replaced. Murf's was actually able to repair both items and both work as good as mew. They were quick to respond, quick to show up, easy to work with, and very economical. I tell all of my friends and family to use Murf's.

I called Murf when suddenly I started having issues with my washing machine and dishwasher! I was nervous about calling someone that would be reasonable and honest. Murf exceeded my expectations!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and fair. He put me at ease immediately, and I knew I was in excellent hands with Murf. My appliances work perfectly, and I would recommend him on anyday, to anyone. Integrity means everything to me, and I will not trust my appliances to anyone else.

Murph has done a handful of things around my house. I'm fairly handy but when it comes to something I can't do or figure out, I end up calling Murph. He's great, pricing is good, has great knowledge of anything home related and if he doesn't he'll steer you in the right direction. I don't take recommending people lightly but I'd recommend Murph to anyone looking for a great repair person.

Murf is the man! He was recommended to me by a different company as someone has a lot of experience with older appliances in the north end. He definitely helped me out of a huge bind from a dryer with a dead motor. He was able to do this massive project in only 2 hours!! He even came out on a Saturday to work best around both of our schedules. He gave me advice and showed me a few tips for future reference. Totally went above and beyond. He is an honest guy and straight shooter with reliable assessment and pricing. I would highly recommend him 10/10 times!!!

Had problem with refrigerator on Friday. Murf had some other appointments and was not available initially. However he went beyond to adjust his schedule to come on same day I called to see what the issue was.
He found the problem and gave me temporary solution till parts arrive. Also he did the follow ups on same day to see how things are working out.
Upon arrival of the parts needed, all work completed and the refrigerator is back on line.

Thanks to professional work. I’ll use this place again in future if some problem arise in any home appliance.

Murf was awesome! Timely and he had to visit twice because I had plumbing issues. Once I got the plumbing issues completed Murf did a great job of scheduling me in quickly to fix my washing machine! I will certainly use him and his firm again! Very dependable and super nice people!

Murf is fair, honest, trustworthy and goes way beyond just an appliance repair. This morning I put in a new water filter in my refrigerator. Water was pouring out all over my kitchen floor. I couldn't pull the refrigerator out myself, I was in tears. I called Murf, he dropped what he was doing, drove 25 minutes to help me out. He pulled the refrigerator out and turned off the water. He helped mop up the mess, took the freezer apart and dried everything completely. It turned out the housing for the water filter was cracked he advised me not to spend the money to replace it but that it was time for a new frig. He could have run up an expensive repair bill but instead gave me honest advice. Thank you, thank you Murf :) I highly recommend Murfs Appliance Repair!

Scheduling was so easy. Communication was fast and helpful. Brandon was professional and took care of our fridge quickly. Will use him for future appliance needs for sure.

Extremely professional in every way. Brandon showed up when he said he would show up. He charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. He gave me a price for the repairs and explained the options that I had, even encouraging me to think about the options and let him know later. Brandon was on time, diagnosed, and fixed the issue with our dishwasher almost immediately (the original subcontractor did a shoddy job hooking up the wires and everything shorted out). Confirmed it was working properly before he left and no upcharges for unnecessary parts.

Great job by Gem Stste Appliance. Brandon was punctual and courteous. He quoted us a price previously and stuck with it. Job was thorough and quick. And we got scheduled in on the date and time requested. Saved us hundreds by not having to buy a new dryer. Would definitely use Gem State Appliance again!
