Amazing - Brandon was the definition of customer service. Didn't play anything games - he told me they had the part in stock and came day off to fix the issue. He was in and out within 30 mins and our fridge was working again. I wish I would have called them first instead of wasting time going back and forth with others.

10/10 - 5 billion stars!

I really appreciate Brandon and the work he does. He is upfront with pricing and is professional in all that he does. He worked on two different appliances and we are very happy to have them both working again. We have called him in the past and we will definitely call him for future repairs.

We could not have been more happy with the professionalism, knowledge and kindness of Brandon. We called Gem State Appliance as a result of an appliance gas leak. He responded immediately and was at the house within an hour. Made the repairs and charged us a fair diagnostic charge.
We can whole heartedly recommend Brandon and Gen State to anyone in need of repair.

Called to schedule a diagnostic and possible repair for a fridge… chose this company after a positive review by two people… The lady that answered the phone was extremely short and rude… I’m sure they do good work but I’m choosing another company just based off that one phone call. I hope she has a better day then she was having when I called.

Had one of the rudest experience on a call regarding inquiry for fixing our stove in 11/19 9:15am. The person on phone curtly said “we are booked for a month” .. refused to even look an available date and was amazingly rude when I asked if she could recommend another place… just felt like they didn’t want to talk to a potential customer !

Brandon was honestly, efficient, and professional. He arrived on time and quickly discovered that the heating element just needed to be reset. He quickly fixed the problem, instructed me on how to prevent that from happening again and left the area put together and clean. Thank you!

Contacted Easys Repair about our dryer. Jamon fixed the issue AND gave us a solution for our troublesome dishwasher. After five years of trying to find the problem with our Kitchen Aid dishwasher, he knew it right away and it worked. Thank you!!

Jaden Chapman fixed our fridge/freezer for us today and did a great job. I have used Easy’s Repair for years. They always do a good job and are always friendly, honest, and on time.

Easy's repair service is phenomenal, even with covid they were able to get someone out to me quickly to help with my washer and dryer and were courteous and timely. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything.

I called a number of places about my fridge in ny shop not working. I called easy's repair and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me that since it was in my shop a lot of times all you have to do is unplug them for 24 hours and plug them back in. So I did and it worked. My fridge is working now.

Everyone else told me it was going to be $100 to come look at it. So when my fridge eventually does break I definitely know who to call in the future.

These guys are the experts and they have been around forever. Now I see why.

I wouldn't call anyone but Easy's Repair! I appreciate their willingness to make me a priority and provide me with the best service at an affordable price. Over 20 years working with the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable people at Easy's.

I called easys when my Fisher and Pykel dryer went out. They were out to my place to fix it right away. My technician was very professional and polite. He obviously knew what to do and had my dryer up and running the same day. Very reasonably priced! We are fortunate to have a repair company with such great service available. Thank you easys!

I searched online for a refrigeration repair "free estimate". Easy's Repair showed up at the top of the list, so I called. At no time did they tell me that I would be charged for an estimate until after the estimate was done. It turned out the refrigerator's compressor went out, so it wasn't worth fixing. That was when the repairman told me I would be charged $76.50 for the estimate. This tells me that Easy's Repair is involved in false advertising. They purposely have embedded keywords into their website and done Search Engine Optimization that places them at the top of a search for "free estimates." Otherwise, they would not be listed at all in an online search. They should have told me when I called and asked for an estimate, but they did not. I just received their invoice in the mail, and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. This company is dishonest if they use the keywords "free estimate" in Google Adwords or another search company platform, but don't actually give free estimates. If they had told me they were going to charge me, I would have called a different refrigeration repair company that clearly advertises "free estimates."

The technician was wonderful, fixed my dishwasher. Very affordable and saved me a ton of money! The technician came all the way to my home! Thank goodness I didn't need to find a way to bring the dishwasher to their shop.
