Have used this business on several occasions and have always been happy with the service and the work. We have always paid our bills in a timely fashion. Just had Brandon come out and repair our dishwasher and he did a great job and was very personable. Called today to get a repair on a refrigerator in one of our rentals scheduled and the woman I spoke to could not have been more rude. Informed me several times that she was the office manager and if I didn't like what she said I could go somewhere else. I didn't know the zip code on the rental and was rudely told she had to have it because that was how the repair men got directions, which anyone who has ever used google maps knows is not true. So I put the address in my computer to get the zip code which she easily could have done herself instead of being so nasty. There has apparently been some problem with the company website, some other company was high jacking the customers. The website said this fake company was asking for credit cards and then never showing up. It said they never ask for credit card numbers so don't give out that information. The "office manager" said that I had to give a credit card number so who knows, maybe I was talking to the fake company. Anyway, I would use this company again if they got an employee in their office who knew how to be polite and decent to the customers who called in. Life is too short to pay a company who treats me so poorly.

I had an excellent experience with Jamon- he was super helpful and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also gave me some great tips on how to get the longest life out of my washer. And I loved that the service fee was included in the cost of the items needed replacing! Unlike a lot of places that seem to just rack up the bill. 10/10 recommend Easy's!

Great experience, from start to finish. I have a 2 year old washer/dryer combo unit that had an electrical problem. Electrical shorts are always a challenge to track down to repair. Jamon worked diligently until he found where the short was and got it working again. Great communication, called when he was on his way, called when he was running behind. If I need any other appliance repair, I will call Easy's again.

Branden, the owner of Easy's Appliance, and I had a misunderstanding on work that he committed to but was unable to complete. When I called to discuss it with him he was combative and clearly stated he wasn't interested in my side of the story and that he knew everything he needed to know. He hung up on me. When I called him back he hung up on me again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and from the owner no less. I would never recommend Easy's Appliance to anyone.

Our experience with Easy's Repair was outstanding from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. Jamen the repair tech was on time and got right to work. I've delt with a different company, Cody's repair and had a wonderful experience. Was referred to easys appliance repair by our heating and ac company, and it was the worst service and experience. We called Easy Appliance and Brandon was the tech who came out. He claims he knew what was wrong, just cleaned the fireplace and charged $150.00. By the next day the fireplace was still not working, same issue as before and now out a $150.00. We called Brandon, he came back out and then said now it's something else, he denied ever speaking about the issue with my husband which if he was listening to the problems would have known, or so he claimed. Thankfully we have a home security camera that recorded the first conversation of my husband and Brandon talking about the issue. Brandon was a "know it all" attitude, continued to try and act like he knows everything, which is fine this is his speciality but the way it came across was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. We waited for a price breakdown of the new part, we were given just an estimate. But we had to reach out to Brandon for follow ups. Part came in and we still did not get the breakdown price for it. We asked initially since we were charged $150.00 for literally nothing, he cleaned the cobwebs and that was it. The fireplace still didn't work. Brandon would not credit that amount towards the labor we were now going to have to pay. Claims it's their cleaning fee, well no we didn't want it cleaned we asked you to fix it. Which you did not. In all, price is not a factor it's the service provided. The cocky, unprofessional attitude was a complete and utter disappointment. The sad part of being out money for a job that was not done is just a cherry on top. The lack of accountability and trying to play the blame game on everyone other then his mistake, I honestly would absolutely never recommend this company. You lf you are looking for someone to call, Cody's was great. We will ensure the company who referred us to Easy Repair knows this is not someone you should be referring and how awful the customer service is and charging for work that was not done.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company and would not recommend their services to anyone. We had an appointment scheduled, and the owner, Brandon, gave us a 30-minute heads-up before arriving at the job site. He showed up just 10 minutes after calling and became aggressive and disrespectful on the phone when we weren’t there yet — even though we were only 5 minutes away.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, he raised his voice, acted hostile, and ultimately hung up the phone. He left the job site before we even arrived — only 15 minutes after his initial call. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business. Poor communication and lack of professionalism made this a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Brandon recently came out to fix our old gas fireplace on a cold rainy day. He was very thorough and not only fixed the issue but also cleaned the glass and tested it to ensure it was safe to use. As a bonus, he fixed the wall switch so we can turn it on and off from there instead of using the switch under the fireplace. Highly recommend him and we'll call him again if we need repairs.

Jamon, came out same day to fix our dryer on Saturday. So grateful since we have 5 boys and lots of laundry. Highly recommend!

Easy Appliances came to my home to repair my stove top, but the technician said they could not source the part needed to complete the repair. During the visit, he shared that a large portion of his job involves telling customers that repairs cannot be completed, and that I was the third customer that day who had paid for a service call without receiving a repair.

More concerning was the technician’s conduct. He raised his voice at me inside my home, in front of my three children who were eating lunch. This was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.

If parts are frequently unavailable, that should be clearly communicated before charging customers. Based on both the lack of service provided and the unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend this company.

The repairman from Major Appliance Repair Service was prompt & knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem, the igniter on the bottom oven had gone bad. This morning he was able to replace the igniter and everything is working well, and the price was reasonable.

We’ve had the Major Appliance Repair company at our house numerous times and they have always done a thorough job and maintenance as needed. We trust them for their services and integrity.

Jason was pleasant and professional. He assessed the problem with our washing machine and gave me the bad news that repairing it would not be a good spend. He showed me a picture of the problem and explained it. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the same morning I called!
