Brandon was very capable. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He also swept behind the refrigerator afterwards and took care while rolling our refrigerator out and back in place.

Brandon was a life saver! Our fridge/freezer went out the day before we were leaving on vacation. He was able to come out that same day and get the part ordered and then scheduled the repair the day we returned home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Brandon came out the day after I called. He was super professional and knowledgeable, and took his time answering all my questions.

He took it apart and showed me the fan that stopped working and provided a very reasonable estimate. The repair was completed promptly. He provided a one year labor and parts warranty. We have an 18 yr. old Vermont Casting gas BBQ grill that needed rebuilding with new replacement parts. Brandon did an amazing job taking out and reinstalling the many parts. He rebuilt it to work like new again! He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We were VERY happy with his work and we’re happily BBQing again!

Brandon answered the phone promptly, from the outset. He was available as early as the next day. He took care of my dryer quickly and professionally. He recalibrated our ovens that weren't heating appropriately, without upcharging or suggesting more expensive repairs. When it took longer than expected for the parts to come in from the warehouse, he texted every day to give me a status update. I will definitely call him again for our next appliance repair.
