Wow! I am always a little nervous when reaching out to a new company I find online. I called two other companies first that had more reviews only to get no response from either of them. When I called Gen State Brandon answered the phone and was incredibly professional and polite. He had an opening later that day and so I scheduled him to come out. I couldn't be happier the communicate has exceeded my expectations. He showed me the parts that were broken, explained what likely caused it and how to avoid issues in the future. His prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. He genuinely cares about what he does and loves being an owner operated small business. This guy is the real deal! 10 stars would be more appropriate.

Gem Star Appliance Repair is the best. Brandon texted me back on a Sunday and come out on Monday afternoon. He assessed the issue and had to get a new part. He had the new part the next morning and come out and did the repair before noon. The pricing was really fair. I would only use Brandon for any future appliance issues I have

I had a fantastic experience with Gem State Appliance Repair. Adriaan was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my washer issue promptly, ordered the replacement part, and had it fixed two days later. And it was much cheaper than Frigidaire was going to charge me.

Brandon was a gem in the gem state. Prices were fair. He didn’t try to upsell or overbid. Gave me a simple solution. I highly recommend him. Fixed my daughter’s ice maker for a service call of $95. We need a new fridge but he got us by for now.

Brandon did an excellent job repairing my 28 yr. old refrigerator at very reasonable rate. I was sure he was going to tell me I’d have to replace it, but not so.
