I had moved and had hired people to dismantle and load my appliances. When we had arrived at our new home I quickly found out my water/ice maker lines had been improperly installed and parts to my ice maker were inexplicably missing. I only found this out when I had reached out to easy appliance and got the help of Jaden. He promptly trouble shot the issue and found out what I needed. Would recommend this business to anyone!

My dishwasher wouldn't drain. Had another company come out to repair it and made it a little better. After several months called Easy's and Brandon came out and did anamazing job

We have used Easy's Repair several times over the years and have been happy with their work. However, our most recent experience was different suggesting something has changed at Easy's.

We needed our range repaired. They made two visits, assuring us each time that the problem was fixed. The total cost at this point was over $220. The problem still was not fixed and they then quoted $292 more to fix the problem. At that point we decided we had had enough and declined to move forward with Easy's.

These guys are amazing!!! They fixed my dryer in no time flat and the service repair man was extremely personable and helpful. Their prices were very affordable which a must because I am a single mother of 3 on a very limited budget. These guys are a life saver!!

Fast, efficient, and super great! We have an older washer and he fixed it right away, gave us good insight and was overall just great to work with!

We had John R come out and fix our refrigerator last week. They responded within a few hours of us making the call. John was very professional and fast in diagnosing the problem and fixing it on the spot. He walked us through a quick explanation, replaced a part, and was on his way. Quick, easy, and professional!

Jamon Matthews came to my house to work on my dryer. His customer service is top notch. He explained what parts needed to be repaired and was timely. If anyone needs to have appliances repaired, this is the business to use. I love supporting local businesses.

Thought for sure I'd have to buy a new washing machine and was dreading the cost. Called Easy's and they scheduled an appointment to come out very quickly. Come to find out the washer's pump died. For only a fraction of the price of a new machine, and far less than I thought the repair would be, my current washer is now as good as new. Will definitely use them for all my appliance repairs in the future.

There is a reason why people choose independent repair companies. These guys have been in business for over 50 years! The experience shows. Fast, fair, courteous. The technician actually took the time and effort to tell me why I had the problem, and what I should do to prevent it in the future. When my freezer went out another company told me it was a part that would cost over $600.00 to repair. That was more than the freezer was worth at 9 years old. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Easy's and they came out and fixed my freezer for less than $100.00. Great company with great people. Even the lady who answers their phone was very courteous and helpful.

Jamon Matthews the senior technician came to my home to fix my washer. He was early which was awesome I didn't have wait all day. Jamon was very professional but very friendly. He explained what he was doing during the whole process. Washer is fixed didn't take long at all he obviously knows his business!! I will always use Easy Repair.

I called Easy's on a recommendation from a friend. I had just bought a new house and needed to replace a dishwasher that looked to be from the 80's. The representative (Jamon?) asked me detailed questions to help me narrow it down of what I wanted from the washer (large loads, quiet), what I wanted to spend now and then over the life time of the new machine. I picked one out and had Easy's install it. They were friendly, quick and reasonably priced. They even hauled out my old dishwasher. I will definitely be using their services again.

Their technician is very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed my dryer problem quickly and didn't even charge a diagnostic fee, saying he would wait until I was happy with his work. He had to order several parts, which took a couple weeks, then called to let me know when they were in. He came in a timely manner and fixed my dryer. He also had suggestions so that future problems could be avoided. All in all, an excellent experience.

Our repair man was on time. Very professional and explained along the way of the possibilities that could be wrong with our washer. He was very polite and very quick with his job. This is our second time using this company and we will be sure to use them again if needed. Their prices are great as well. Thanks John and Easy's.

My washer wasn't working right and a relative recommended Easy's. I called and they sent a guy out the next morning. He made a quick diagnosis, turned the machine on and after a short twenty seconds said it seemed to be running fine now. I paid for the service call but when I tried to use the washer later that day it still had the same old problem. His "fix" did not work. When I called back the next morning he said it was running fine while he was there so to come back would entail a whole new charge and since he wouldn't be able to get parts for this model anyway there was no point in coming back. I said that maybe there is something wrong that doesn't need a new part and since I paid for a service call and his diagnosis was wrong, I thought he should come back and finish the original service call and figure out what's wrong. He refused. Branden was very personable and friendly but I'm disappointed he didn't want to come and finish the job since I'd paid the $98 service call charge.

This morning (2/27/23)Jamon Matthews came to our house. He did a great job. He was personable, explained well, was knowledgeable, and was thorough and quick. We are happy with his service. Because of him we will call Easy’s Repair Service Inc. again.

So refreshing to find respectful, professional And HONEST customer service. The service technician, John was wonderful. Very polite and actually knew what he was doing to get the job done. I was ready to pay out for a new microwave. Thanks to John, I only paid out for a service call. When all was done he assisted me with adjusting my refrigerators rollers that were too tight. At no extra charge. Easy’s Repair are now on my speed dial. They made my day.

He was in the area, so Brandon came over within 1hr of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Would call him again!

I have been working with Easy’s Repair for about 4 years on both rental properties and with them company I work for. They have always been extremely professional, timely and do great work. They are very reliable and easy to work with. When parts are ordered they always communicate with updates on shipping timelines. When the parts arrive in shop They will reach out immediately to schedule repairs. I would 100% recommend Easy’s repair to anyone here in the treasure valley.

Jamon, the repairman sent out to fix my refrigerator did every thing in a manner it's hard to find these days. He called ahead, showed up on time, was knowledgable, finished in a timely fashion and took such pride in his workmanship that he left the fridge looking like new. Believe me the latter took some real work and elbow grease. His honesty and integrity lead to him instructing me in how to keep from having the same problem again. Then after charging a more than fair price for replacing a fan, he cleaned the work area and left it in a condition much, much better than he found it. I hope Easy's knows, and I'm sure they do as he said he'd been there 21 years; how fortunate they are to have an employee like Jamon. Easy's will definitely be the first name on my list of who to call in the future. PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP!

I live in Whitesboro, Texas. I have been having problems with my freezer defrosting and staying at the proper temperature, I've already had two different appliance company's come out and it is still not fixed !!! I wanted to pick someone's brain and got Brandon at Easy's Appliance. He was Awesome!!! he took the time to talk with me on three different occasions and helped me troubleshoot the problem. He doesn't even live in Texas or was he getting paid. This is very rare and the customer service was amazing. If I ever get to Bosie Idaho I will bring him this best bottle of Texas bourbon, he deserves it. Stephen Barnard
