Rich did a great job and was very friendly and personable. He completed my dishwasher repair quickly and for a reasonable price.

Appointment available quickly, showed up within the given time frame and quickly identified the issue with our old fridge. Also fixed our washer (wasn't spinning out) and our dishwasher. (Not all at the same time). Will call again.

Excellent service. My dryer stopped working suddenly and I needed a quick fix. Rich came and had my dryer fixed in 20 minutes. Will be going to Western Appliance Repair for all my future repairs.

I'll tell you what I've never tried popcorn shrimp any better than what this place puts out and the service and seating arrangements were superb. The kindness I received was above and beyond what was necessary or needed. I'm just a poor man, but if I could have gavethe little lady that extended herself to me more I would have. Times are changing, and in these changing times, we need to remember that it is quality service like I received at this Chinese restaurant that has made this country into what it used to be. We may have fallen from our pompous spot on the horizon, but it's not that we fallen but how we managed to get back up take the lead once again.

There really aren't enough good things to say about Rich at Western. Too often when you call a service company they stroke you for extra cash by telling you that you need parts you don't and then slam you on high labor fees not to mention a 50 to 80 dollar service call fee. Rich does not charge to come out and diagnose your problem. He is totally straight up, professional, very fast and a cool guy. I will recommend Rich to everyone I know and people I don't know. He saved us a bundle by fixing our broken refrigerator the same day (and just after we just spent a ton of money on groceries). Awesome...

Wow! So wonderful to find a business with integrity. I called about my gas stove top. The gas flames have been more orange in color this winter than blue. The repair man on the phone asked if I had been running a humidifier this winter. And I have. He said the minerals in the air cause the flame to be more orange. Thank you Rich for your help and honesty over the phone.

Called and was able to make appointment for the next day. Rich was very friendly and prompt. What I liked most was the ability to schedule a 2 hr window vs 1/2 day (4 hour) so there wasn't a need to take 1/2 the day off.
