Carol Hundley at Robertson's was so wonderful throughout the process of ordering almost $7,000 of bathroom accessories. She really knows what she is talking about and everyone there was extremely helpful. Forget going to a big box store, you will not get what you want, you will go back many times and the quality will not match the brand names at Robertson's. If you have a quality home and want the right stuff, this is the place to get it. I've been remodeling homes for 40 years and no one does it better.

I cannot say enough about Ferguson, especially Leilani and Bailey. They were the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful reps I worked with during my remodel.

From beginning to end they were absolutely delightful to work with, both worked tirelessly to help me find what I needed and for the best price possible. From kitchen to bath, the full remodel was so enjoyable working with them. And, if they were helping another customer when I would call, their client services team was always there to offer thorough help. Even when there was a hiccup with the tub delivery, Bailey passed along my comments and frustrations to the showroom manager who not only contacted me personally, but made a good faith effort to make sure I was happy, which I was!

At the beginning of my remodel, I also worked with the other/large plumbing supply company in town. I always felt like I was bothering them and that they could care less about me or my project. I will never go back there.

Just wish I had met Bailey and Leilani sooner!

Not sure why I have spent over half an hour on hold only to end up speaking with someone in Boise when all I needed to do was speak to the Pocatello branch to verify that an order I placed has arrived and been unloaded from the truck. Would have been 5 minutes or less if I had been allowed to speak to the store directly.

But phone agents also need to listen to the customer. When I say I need to see if an order I placed arrived in Pocatello, there is no need for the agent to call Idaho Falls. I had already spoken to the Idaho Falls branch when they called me to verify that the tub had arrived there, and they were sending it on to Pocatello yesterday.

Unnecessary run around and long hold times have made for an unhappy customer.

Update per the response from the owner. Once again, listen to what the customer is saying, or in this case, typing. I'm not having an issue with the products I ordered, nor do I have a need to order any other products, appropriate or otherwise.

Always helpful and they usually have what I need. Ryan and Joe are knowledgeable and professional.

I have a cabin that was built in 1957. I don’t know when the sink was replaced, but it wasnt pretty the guys at ferguson boise Taylor Ryan, Joe and Corey helpmed my uncle and i find all the parts and tools i coukdnt recomend these guys more highly!

I had used Ferguson for a home build years ago and purchased from them so many items. It was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, during a recent need for a remodel, my experiences were not the same. Upon the first visit, the greeting at the front was welcoming. The in store help, however, felt dismissive, and it was not overly busy. Giving benefit of the doubt to a rough day or issues unknown to me, I decided to try a different day. The second visit was pretty awful. Rude at the front, only one other customer with an associate in the sales area with many associates at an empty desk and very little traffic in store. I kept fortitude to give benefit of the doubt, but upon asking an associate who could help me, resulting in two people just looking at me saying nothing (which said everything), the lady at thef ront desk decided to briefly help. The intial encouter was pleasant; however at the end of a seemingly non interested approach to helping me, and asking a couple of questions, the responses were abrupt and condescending. My mom was with me, and she noticed the same and was extremely put off. I proceeded elsewhere to furnish my kitchen needs. This is intended for constructive feedback, and I am hopeful others don't have this experience.

Ace plumbing is awesome! Replaced our water heater in one day. Great price too. Really nice guy.

Jered is knowledgable, does good clean work and is honest. We had him do a pretty simple repair that two other local plumbing companies had tried to inflate into a big deal. We ended up getting it done right and saving over $1,100! We can't recommend Ace Plumbing more highly!

Ace Plumbing did a great job on our bathroom remodel. He stayed late to finish the project. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

I would never trust a word this man says! He either did not do the proper repair - even though he assured me several times it was - or he broke it because AFTER he finished I ended up with no hot water and he answer was to sell me a $1750 new heater! After he took $300 for a repair and did not fix the problem???? He disappeared once he knew he screwed up my project and I had to hire a different company to fix it. Be aware he charges more than any of the big companies that carry the tools and parts to do the job. He tried to charge an extra $160 to pick up a part he didn't have. He also did not have any way to test the temp of the water, seriously????

BUYER BEWARE! I would never recommend Jared to anyone. Had him over for 3 different jobs. First was a water heater that leaked immediately after install. He came back to repair, so I gave him another shot. Second was an outdoor faucet that was leaking. I’m now out repairing the same leak I already paid him to fix. The 3rd was to install a backflow system on my irrigation that I had already purchased. All he had to do was install it. He installed it the wrong direction first which I had to point out to him. Then while he was switching that to the correct position, he broke a brass valve. He left it like that and had me buy a replacement. AND the thing is still leaking. He has never come back to make it right. Oh and by the way, he isn’t cheap. The cost I mean. His work is cheap. BUYER BEWARE.

So happy to share a 5 star review for an awesome company like ACE! Highly recommend! They are fair, fast and professional.

Very bad experience. This man left me high and dry. I had a bid in place and his partner started telling me all the thihgs I would need to buy outside the agreement. When I questioned it, Jered said he would contact me to take care of the situation and I never heard from him. The other company he works with is Quality Renovation. These are dishonest people who do not follow through and I will be reporting them to the BBB on Monday. I wish I trusted the previous reviews, but at least I caught the shadiness before they did work on my home.
