Great group of guys, Scott, Todd, and Loui take care of whatever i need everytime i go in.

These guys at Win are working hard to create a great supply house to meet the needs of the plumbing contractors in the treasure valley, take a detour from the supply house you are used to and see them you'll be glad you did.

New owner is rude! Much better when Scott ran it. We will be going back to our old supply house moving forward.

I highly recommend going to Claus deRond at Creative Kitchen & Bath. His in depth knowledge and incredible customer service was most impressive! The process of choosing items was so easy and organized with a comprehensive list of items & powerpoint of each room. We LOVE everything we purchased for our new home! Can't say enough good things about Claus!!!

As a Designer at Meridian Design Center, I use Creative Kitchen and Bath's showroom to make selections with my clients. Claus is so knowledgeable in the decorative plumbing business that he is able to answer any and all questions we may have. He makes his customers feel welcome in his showroom and works with the designer to find the perfect fixture for the homeowner or builder. There are functioning displays in the showroom that the clients can interact with, making it an all around fantastic experience.

Our sink was not draining. We tried to fix the problem with no luck. Elite Rooter diagnosed and offered solutions. They then cleaned our pipes and cleared the issue.
It was done very efficiently and their representatives were very professional.

Installation of irrigation pumps and a pump house due to fire and damage. This company worked tirelessly to remove all damaged equipment and building and traveled to another state to acquire motors and pump replacements as they were not available here. Highly skilled staff that worked many days and evenings along with weekends to restore irrigation water to our subdivision. They were customer oriented and kept us informed of their progress. I appreciate all they have done, above and beyond, to restore water to our property. Knowing their expertise in their field, I would definitely use them for all my personal plumbing needs. Thank you.

They were very responsive to my needs the sewer line backed up again and flooded the basement utility room. They were able to be at my home in 3 hours evaluate the damage make suggestions to have it fixed. Very patient professional. Their company provides billing assistance and I’ll be needing to have my clay sewer lines replaced. Not happy to be paying so much but to have financial aid to do it, no words to say what a relief it is

James provided us with top-notch quality work and was able to both quickly diagnose our issue as well as fix it. He was extremely professional, efficient and helpful. No doubt we’ll continue to go to him for future needs!

The whole experience with Elite Rooter Boise was great. They were able to schedule an appointment for late evening, the same day as I contacted them. Plumber Richard was able to unclog the drain within like 10 min, and was communicative and friendly.

They all were very friendly and professional. Made us feel comfortable, but mostly kept us informed on what they were doing and going to do. It took 2 days but in the 1st day they told us they would give us a call in the evening for an update and they did. Even got a call after they were finished from the main office to see how it went and if we were happy. My sister and I would gladly use then again.

Went on the website and set up an appointment time for the same day. Which was really nice. Had Johnny come out and take a look at my old water heater. He told me about a new product called the h20 nuvo wa so system which is different than a normal water softener, as it helps with breaking down minerals in galvanized pipes. It was exactly what I needed to go with my new tankless water heater.
Made an appointment for that Tuesday the 10th. Was told by Johnny that he was installing it. Instead they had an apprentice come do it. Project took days longer with no communication on when it was going to get done. One full day they didn’t even show up and no call about it until 2:30 pm. That Friday the 13th came up and they finally finished the project, or so they claimed. Went out there and was disappointed that they didn’t finish. I called them up and told them I was missing a product that I had paid for and am not seeing. Johnny offered to come over on that Saturday the 14th to ensure that everything was done correctly. This is the first time he had been back sense the quote. He immediately saw that they installed a watt filter and tried to “sell me on that it was a better product”. No h20 nuvo on site, it was in my invoice and I got charged for it and quoted $1,600 but did not receive it. I stopped him and explained that I already did my own research and this product was only $254 and that the nuvo manor was $1,100 and that the duo was closer to his price that he quoted me. He then “offered to buy the duo one and install that to make things right”. Told me he would get a hold of me on that Monday with a date of when it would come in and then he would install it the next day. He did come through and told me on Monday the 16th that he wasn’t going to get it until the 30th and he could install it on the 31st Halloween. I told him yes I can make that work because all I’m trying to do is get the product I paid for installed.
That brings us to today the 30th. Johnny has texted me to inform me that he ordered the wrong one and he sent the wrong part back and got the correct one ordered, but did not have a date for when it will be delivered. I have tried to call the office and ask to speak with a “higher up” and seem to only get “Ashley” the dispatch person, who said she would pass along my information to somebody who wants to make this right.
I have very little faith that this will come through. They also offered financing and have already charged me and I will now be making payments on a product that I currently don’t own and no actual eta on when I’ll have it.

Actual work they did looks good, wish I could have been one of the lucky people who got quality work from theses guys.

This company is a complete scam and these reviews must be fake or in another state. A family member of mine got taken by them for over $40k (all of their savings) and the work needs to be redone it is so bad. We have had it looked at by two other respectable plumbing companies and they say this is definitely a fraud situation. The main water line into the house was run above ground and they didn't even pull a permit. Don't be their next victim! A guy named Johnathan or Johnny cannot be trusted. We have given them a chance to do the repair work right even at 4 times the cost of the other plumbers quotes to fix but have become unresponsive.

James and Ken were on time and very professional and explained what they needed to do and how much it would cost. They were both very kind. James did a wonderful job. I am very happy and besides he loved my husband's glass.

Elite Rooter came out same day to perform an inspection for a quote without any fees. Isaiah was professional and knowledgeable, and provided great options for the gas line service that I needed. They took care of it same day. I'll definitely call them back for any plumbing needs.

James came out to pull the damn toy out of the toilet pipe today, he was in and out in about 45 minutes, and after having to take the toilet completely off to get the toy out, he put everything back where it was and it all looks and works great!! I gotta say it was the most expensive 45 minutes I've ever paid for, but he and his assistant Denny did a great job they were so friendly, and up front about the cost, so at least I wasn't blindsided by the price!

Absolutely amazing service from Dennis and Isaiah. I had called Roto-Rooter earlier in the day and they were unable to complete the repair. But Elite Rooter came out, figured out the problem, which was quite complicated and finished in a timely manner. They were extremely professional, extraordinarily tidy, and they stuck with the job until they got it done. I will undoubtedly be calling them again, next time I have an issue. And I would highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Five stars!!!

James, Jose, and Ephran were courteous, listened to my concerns, diagnosed my problem, patiently explained its complexities, and answered all of my questions professionally and completely. They got right to work and did not stop until the job was done. I'm hanging onto their card and would gladly recommend/use their services again.
