I work in the remodel industry and work with Consolidated on a regular basis. I think they (especially Tyann Hilton) do a fantastic job! They are very helpful in helping folks stay within budget and find products that they love, but won't break the bank!

They would not let me in the store because I did not have a mask. I explained that I couldn’t wear one as I am claustrophobic. Did not matter to them. Evidently neither do civil liberties. The salesgirl told me they were following “Guidelines set by the CDC and the Governor” funny how I can go in other stores and not be required to wear a mask. I was ready to spend A LOT of money but am happily taking my business elsewhere- to people who understand among other things that the risk of getting Co-Vid in Idaho is 0.03%.

Went by on a request from my Builder to get some ideas of the finishes for our new home. Very disappointed in the customer service. I felt like I was putting them out. I’m sure it said Showroom on the building. No worries I voted with my feet and took my business to Creative Kitchen and Bath. With the manner in which your “SHOWROOM” personnel treat people it won’t be long till your competition is the only one in business.

I used this company a year ago to fully equip a remodel (in excess of 12k). They sent the wrong component to the shower stall and would not resolve the situation without additional cost, since I had already paid.

I was in two days ago to have them warrant a garbage disposal and they sent me to the manufacture to resolve it myself.

Unfortunately this seems to be a sign of the times. Good products backed by poor customer service. It won't last forever Consolidated!
