My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Andrew today. The water coming out of our main shower head has reduced to a drizzle and we assumed we had to replace the entire shower system. Andrew suggested we take the shower head off and soak it in vinegar to see whether there is improvement before spending money on a new one. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to find him so honest because we would’ve replaced the entire system if he told us we needed to; however, he also said, if the vinegar doesn’t work, we only have to replace the shower head. This company is so lucky to have somebody like Andrew as this is the type of company I want to give my money to if it becomes necessary. He also spent quite a bit of time researching possible replacements if we end up needing to do so. I will happily refer other people to Consolidated Supply Company.
