Michael installed a new water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and very clean and neat. I am very impressed with the job he did.

Michael installed a gas line from my meter to my firebox for a gas insert to be installed. He did a professional job in a timely manner and was on time for the job. I would use this company again.

I had this terrible smell in my bathroom for MONTHS and had multiple plumbers out who couldn’t figure out a solution. I called Do Right and spoke with their awesome staff and they sent someone THAT day!! They figured out where the leak was and even put on these nice shoe covers to protect my white carpet. Real stand up company I highly recommend.

I was impressed with Robert when he came out and evaluated our situation; and then when he returned on Monday with the supplies, he had to leave and he introduced me to Jared who I was also impressed with who I think did an excellent job on repairing the pipe for us and putting in a vacuum valve, for our sprinkler system

I called regarding my dishwasher and they were able to make a next day appointment. The service man was on time, polite, and the price was reasonable for the service provided. I would highly recommend the right plumbing.

I am remodeling my kitchen and had to coordinate dates and times with various contractors. Marcus and Natalie with Do-Right were very good about taking my personal calls/text to answer all my questions. They even went above and beyond and helped me research and find the right sink for my new kitchen. They made sure someone was there when I needed them to disconnect and reconnect my sink. Do Right did a large plumbing job for me at a house in the North End -- they plumbed a garage for toilet, sink, bath and more. The quality of the work was exceptional, and Marcus is a great person to work with.

More recently, an old water heater burst and flooded my basement. Do Right was there right away to address the situation. They helped make a very tough and stressful time less worrisome.

I highly recommend Do Right, Marcus, Natalie and the other people there.

Do Right did an amazing job. They came out on short notice and provided a bid within 15 minutes of evaluating the job. The pricing was very fair and they showed up when they were supposed to. Mike L. did a great, clean job and my family was very happy with the whole experience. For what it's worth, they did some repiping, installed a water softener, ran a gas line, and did some demo. Super helpful.

Marcus is unfortunately not an honest man. He will take your money and run. He will make promises to correct his actions and NOT follow through including NOT taking your calls or texts. He has caused major damage and refuses to own it. Words don't matter, action does. I hope you all take caution
dealing with this person for any plumbing needs.

This company is absolutely amazing, they are not all about the money they actually care about the community and the people in it. We had tried to fix the issue ourselves and it wasn't a small issue either, we didn't have any luck. I called 5 different companies and all of them wanted to charge way more then I could afford, I spoke to Do-right and they had someone out extremely fast. When they gave me the estimate I unfortunately wasn't going to be able to do it, well Dani said let me call my boss and see what we can do for you. I talked to Marcus and let him know I didn't have that kind of money right now, he made an arrangement with me so Dani could try to fix it for me. I had been with out my plumbing for at least a week the first time she tried it didn't work, her being stubborn decided to change 1 piece on the auger and run it again. Well she fixed it and was very kind and professional the whole time. I could have cried when it got fixed, because I was thinking I was going to be paying more the 1500 after it was said and done. Well thanks to Marcus and Dani and the very sweet lady at the office ( I'm terrible with names) and the 2 office mascots ( the dogs) I'm back in business at home at a very reasonable price. I know this keeps going on but I cannot express how much this company helped me yesterday. I would scream it from the rooftops if I could, anyway if you need a plumber that cares about you not just the money then call this place. They made a custom for life, my dogs also loved Dani and she wasn't scared of them like a lot of people. Thank you so very much Dani Marcus and the office crew for saving the day for me. I won't go threw anyone else ever again!!🥳

Marcus is outstanding. I trust him completely - he is fair, extremely knowledgeable, his actions are honest and he does what he says he’ll do. His work is top notch and he cares. The name Do Right resonates with his ethics and his superior work. He’s done a number of projects for me and each time he has gone above and beyond.

We hired do right to complete work at our home last spring. We signed a contract and paid a $10,000 deposit. Zero work was ever completed. Marcus sent out numerous subs to look at the job and no one ever did any work. Marcus then offered to give our money back and not do the work. We agreed that would be the best direction to go. He then proceeded to give us 2 $5000 checks, one post dated. We cashed the first check, and as soon as the second check was able to be cashed we proceed to deposit it. In the mean time, Marcus had put a stop payment on the check without telling us. Not only did we not get the $5000 but our bank also charged us a fee for depositing a bad check. We contacted Marcus and told him what happened and he said he would be able to pay us in weekly payments. He was late every payment. We were very patient and simply wanted communication. He blocked my phone number and proceeded to ignore me. He then said if we signed a contract to not leave a bad review on his page he would pay us the remainder of our money. The last time we spoke to him, last august, he said he would pay us once he got the money to do so. We still have not received that money. We then hired a lawyer and sued him in small claims court, where we won, and still have not received the remainder of the money owed to us. I would not recommend working with Marcus or his business.

Stellar customer service, amazing communication, best prices by far, and all around great group of guys.
