I had Dennis Green snd James Owens at my home Monday September 12th to fix a clog that has caused me problems for years. These gentlemen took pictures, showed me what needed to be replaced, showed me camera in the pipes, and everything they did was so good. My home is old so I have old galvanized piping and James replaced the old pipe. James did not leave on Monday night until everything was working. I am so relieved to have this finally fixed correctly. Dennis and James were really great to deal with, very honest, showed me proof of what needed to be done and then they fixed everything. Elite plumbing also offered really good no interest financing. I would happily recommend Elite plumbing to fix any repair.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Within hours of discovering we had a burst pipe, Isaiah made the long drive to our home and was in the crawl space diagnosing the problem. He was efficient, friendly, and professional, and most importantly he got the problem fixed fast. Shout out as well to Denny who came a few minutes after Isaiah to assist. The company seems well run and well equipped and their people certainly know what they are doing!

I had this work performed back in April 23' and after going over the accts, I felt a review to steer other people away from these scam artists. I had a back up in a lower unit that was made worse by a toilet that running, so I was told. Elite comes out and states they cannot snake but need to hydro jet for $1330.00. I said no. They did replace the toilet for $1000 and stated the blockage was fixed. Also they stated that they scoped the line and stated the line was broken and they could replace it but in the same sentence, stated the line was clear. Did not have a recording of the scope. One week later, the unit flooded. They did not remove the blockage. So I got another outfit out there, after removing the carpet again, to pull the toilet, remove the blockage and scope the line. No break just roots and some low spots. Line flows great. AVOID THIS OUTFIT and do not believe a word they say. I wish I could refer you to a rooter co in Boise but it appears this entire industry is rife with very unscrupulous players.

James and Ken did a great job diagnosing the drain blockage we had. They ran through the options, provided an estimate for the work, and then stuck to it. They also provided some recommendations on future services to head off any problems.

Overall, they were courteous, great to work with, and I'd definitely recommend them if you are in need of a plumber.

We had a sump pump fail on Friday of Labor Day weekend, a day before guests were arriving to stay. I called Elite Rooter, after making a few calls to recommended plumbers that never returned my call. Elite answered the phone immediately, and was able to get me on the schedule for later that day. The problem was diagnosed, a new pump tracked down and installed the next day (on a Saturday btw) by 11:00 am! The team was professional, on time, clean and courteous throughout the job. I will HIGHLY recommend this company and gladly use them for all of our plumbing needs!

Recently my toilets (all 3 of them) starting to make noise and water would be almost constantly running. I happened to be off yesterday so I called few places and none of them had any openings for that day, except for Elite Rooter. I was given a time frame when they would show up and was given a call before heading my way as well. Isaiah and his coworker that day were friendly and courteous even covered their shoes before walking in. I was impressed during their visit with their professionalism (even though I still haven’t received proof that their services have been paid in full and my name is misspelled which is not uncommon - I'm using alias for privacy purposes). 5 stars (service)
My only reservations, especially knowing what I know now is the overall cost of the service and perhaps lack of transparency when given quote. My initial estimate for repair of just one toilet was around $270, which considering it took a minute or 2 to figure out what it was (flappers were worn out - appears to be the leading cause of my issue), parts were $10-$15 each and it took about 10 minutes (per toilet) to install is just hard to fathom at this point. Seeing my reservations and knowing that I need all 3 repaired, I was given some (volume) discount(s), and at the end of the day I ended up spending $480 which I still feel is high given the work that i took. I even googled average cost to replace flapper, and it was $60-$120, which in my case came to $160 (even though all 3 toilets were under the same roof). I understand we all need to get paid, and again I have nothing but good words to say about these 2 gentlemen, but due to higher than reasonable cost of service, it would be hard to consider them in the future. I mean if I spend almost $500 for such a quick fix, I can’t even imagine how much a more involved job would cost. 2 stars (price).

I called first thing in the morning and was able to get someone to my home in just a couple hours. Jose was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He even gave us some information on how to rectify another issue we have been having for a very long time. My drain is clear now and the annoying leak I had is gone. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience! Showed up within an hour and a half (even for a non-emergency situation) of my calling the office. The team was very clean, respectful, and was clearly dedicated to solving what was a puzzling and unique issue left behind by the previous homeowners. Overall, it was tremendous working with them and they will be my first call should I have any plumbing needs in the future.

*Update*
Ray and Mike came back out today to follow up and repair what has become a fluky recurring issue with my house (no fault of theirs whatsoever). It was cold and rainy and the equipment was giving them some difficulty but they stuck with it until the job was done and done right. As always, they're responsive, friendly, timely, clean and dependable. I'm a tradesman who works on my own stuff whenever possible but Elite is my first call for any plumbing issues. Couldn't be happier with the service and will absolutely be using them and referring them without hesitation in the future.

James and Dennis provided a quote for a gas line to convert our fireplace. They were thorough, making sure to explore all options to ensure the work would be done cost effectively and safely and explained clearly what the scope of work would include. Really appreciated that I didn't have to pay a service feel (like with other plumbing companies) to have them come out and provide a quote. Great service!

My husband and I had an EXCELLENT service today! We woke up to our sink not draining all the way...( I take full responsibility for clogging our kitchen sink with bird food...) so... we had to get a new sink, garbage disposal and pipes REALLY FAST!!!!! The sink looks FANTASTIC!!! TYREE AND ISAIAH went above and beyond for our home. They were professional, kind and educated us on what we bought! We will always give a 5 star review for this company and these individuals. They should reach get a bonus! They really were awesome. Thank you for our beautiful, new sink!!!!!

I contacted Elite Rooter on Monday morning for a clogged drain, and they were able to come that afternoon. Jose was very friendly and did a thorough job, ensuring that the problem was resolved. They also did a good job of communicating when they were delayed from the original time due to an unexpectedly difficult job prior to mine.

The ability to get the job done in a timely manner is so nice. To involve the customer in the process and use part from the old sink is a real saving. To listen to me the customer that is huge bonus and to even ask questions that were unclear on the project. Being able to be flexible to change course when I couldn't do the current plan, but chose a different. Elite is just amazing in there work ethic. He clearly did excellent work for all our projects.

John was very kind and professional. Express plumbing was going to charge me 533 dollars for a clogged toilet. John came and pressure flushed it for free ! and he even put a toilet otter down to make sure it was clear. He gave exactly the kind of service you would want and expect. He knew what he was doing and is not going to swindle you. A real top quality old fashioned personable employee. They just dont make them like John anymore. We worked with Isaiah and Richard on kitchen plumbing issues and they resolved issues both day-of on site and the following day. Chris was personable, professional, and explained each step he took to clear our drain line. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire work area before he left. The total price was very affordable and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Andrew and Kenny were prompt and super professional! When many other plumbing companies were overbooked, Elite Rooter was able to get a team out to us within a few hours. Every interaction was courteous and they took extra special care of our property — wearing shoe coverings and laying down paper, cleaning every surface after they finished. Just great folks too, nice to talk to. They replaced a portion of our pipe, fixed our clog issues and hydro-jetted our system. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

While I had hopes that my project would be the inexpensive drain clearing that qualified under the offer--it turned out to be much more complicated. I was very impressed with how quickly the company got in touch with me and the urgency with which they scheduled their visit. While it turned out not to be something that could be done at the first visit, they were extremely meticulous about putting down brown paper to protect my hallway and carpet, which is a professional touch. They covered their shoes with protective booties, and returned early the next morning to finish the job. While it ended up costing much more than I anticipated that appeared to be the scope of the work being much broader than the simple kitchen-drain issue that I thought I had. They also cleared out the line from the washing machine, which has posed problems a few times though it has been a year or so since it did though there were definitely signs of an issue there, too. Each of the three fellows who were here were very professional and courteous and seemed very eager to share information and their findings, including showing me what they were seeing on the camera. I was impressed that one of the fellows was a General Contractor (GC) who had considerable knowledge and was able to explain things clearly.

So, sticker shock? Yes, though I felt that they kept me apprised of their progress and findings along the way so I felt they did a great job at substantiating their work. I also appreciated that they they cleaned up after the project was done instead of leaving an unsightly mess--which was a very nice touch. Being punctual was a great start though the thorough nature of their communications and follow-through also was a big help. I felt that they truly did what they could to keep the project scope and charges down as much as possible even though the project ended up being bigger. They offer a senior discount that was also appreciated, as well!

Isaiah and Dennis went above and beyond. I had a leaky tub faucet and they made sure to do what was needed to take care of it. They were on time and stayed late to get the job done, were transparent, honest and extremely helpful in educating me to save me time and money in the future. I would absolutely recommend using them.

James was amazing to work with. My outdoor spigot repair was more complicated than expected and he handled the situation with professionalism and got the job done right. Overall a great experience and will continue to use Elite for our plumbing needs.
