My Home Warranty company chose Rite A Way, and I am so happy with that choice! They got me scheduled right away, we're super flexible when I needed to reschedule. They let me know when they were on the way and arrived within the promised window. Brandon was very pleasant and worked quickly to get my problem solved. Very pleased with the work Kevin, of Rite A-Way Plumbing, did on our home. We had a sudden water leak that flooded a good portion of our home and when he came out to check the problem, he explained everything to me in a way I was comfortable with the work he was going to do to fix the problem.

Throughout the process I felt like he answered all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond making me feel confident that not only was the leak fixed, but the prior work was reinforced to the highest standards so I wouldn’t have any issues with this happening again.

Friendly, knowledgeable and curtious would be the best way to describe my experience with Rite A-Way.

Brandon took care of my water heater issue quickly and efficiently with parts he carried on his truck. A doubt it took more than 30 minutes to diagnose, repair and verify the work. He even let me watch and answered my questions (I have had electric water heaters for the last 40 years and knew little about gas). Very pleased with his work!

I was very disappointed it took so long to complete the repair job on my kitchen sink--2 weeks. Waited all one afternoon and no one came to the appointment with no word at all until the next day. I was never able to speak to a person to find out what was really going on--only an AI receptionist!

Terrible service. Purposefully “fixed” something they knew wouldn’t be covered under home warranty. Plumber said if I left good review he would not bill me. But if I left a poor review I would receive a bill not covered by the home warranty. Very scammy service. Do not use.

Service technician did a great job. Ran into a difficult situation, removing the old water heater, but was persistent and was able to complete the job in a professional manner. The reason the company is not being rated a five is because of their customer service line which is a call center who has no information on scheduling. I was never able to talk to somebody about scheduling and had to cancel my previous appointments just to accommodate an appointment they forced on me

The plummer came out quick and when he realized there was more damage got us a restoration company and coordinated with them..the work is getting done and we have a new water heater..amazing company i highly recommend

The communication leading up to the service was good and the technician was excellent. He recommended replacement of my water heater and managed all of the next steps. When the water heater was actually replaced, the two technicians were respectful, super friendly & made the whole process easy.

The technician was on time and very friendly. He even offered to take off his shoes. He was knowledgeable and asked me questions regarding why the service was called so he could understand how to go about fixing it and address all my concerns.

Thanks! The plumber quickly an efficiently solved my problem with my garbage disposal. While there, he also took a look at the other pipes to and from the sink and caught a small leak and fixed it.

They were professional. And did the job fast. Cleaned up the work area. I had some issues with my home warranty. They helped resolve it with me. Would recommend

Andros was AWESOME. Rite-Away was chosen by my home warranty company & I'm so glad they were.

He was knowledgeable, fast & easy to work with. There were a couple of issues due to the age of our house & water heater (ex. Calcium buildup in the lines), but he worked through them & provided suggestions on what to do to prevent it in the future.
