Rite-Away-Plumbing was assigned via a home warranty claim. They were Prompt, Professional, Efficient, Honest and Very Responsive. I’m very pleased with the service provided and will absolutely be using them again. They truly went above and beyond!

I am very upset with my service. The employee did not show up for our appointment and I had a really hard time contacting them. The employee then showed up at a random time the next day, looked at my issue and stated he would submit it to my insurance company for authorization. I waited a week and found out nothing was submitted. I then received a text from them that my job was complete, which is false because nothing has been done and no one has reached out to me to even try to resolve this situation. Very frustrated with the whole thing.

Brandon and David did an incredible job in installing our Rheem hot water heater. They were professional, courteous and highly skilled. They arrived at our home lightening fast and the job was completed in a very thorough manner. If you ever need any plumbing services don’t hesitate calling Brandon.

Our Home warranty chooses our plumber and I’m thankful they have chosen Rite A Way. They have had to come out twice for different issues and have always been professional and courteous and have resolved the problem even helped us avoid future problems! Would definitely choose them again in the future!

American Home Shield scheduled this company to fix a few things. I paid $125 for the service call. They emailed that they would be there the next day during a 4 hour window. They never showed up, called, or returned my call. So $125 for nothing and had to pay someone else. They even reported to the warranty company that the work was completed to complete insurance fraud. I will be reaching out to the BBB, county, DOPL, and AG's office soon!

Next day service! Great communication and positive attitude. Would definitely recommend again. Thank you so much!

UPDATE 11/17/23

So I had the same issue and called the company and they said it would cost more money for them to come back out. I paid my warranty company for them to come back out. They quoted me a time frame of today between 12:00 and 2:00. It is now 6:30 PM. No call and no show. The company doesn’t answer their phone or give any updates.

We had a great experience with Rite-A-Way Plumbing. They were able to get the part we needed the same day and fixed our water heater. This is the second time we have used them and would use them again.

Our home warranty sent these guys out when we couldn't turn our shower off. They came out over 24 hours after we submitted our request, luckily we were able to turn the feed off before that. The technician told me that the manufacturer of the broken part had a great warranty and I needed to get in contact with them. As soon as he left I discovered that I didn't qualify for the warranty as the part was purchased and installed by the previous owner. I called and left a voice mail to get info on getting the part without the pfister warranty at 10am. Then again after 1. I never got a call back. I never got a quote for repairs. And the warranty denied our claim hours after my 1pm call so now we haven't had a shower since Thursday and it is the weekend so we have no options. I also don't have any diagnosis beyond what I can remember him telling me (who knows if it was even correct since he didn't know anything about pfisters warranty).
Now I'm going to have to pay someone else just to come do the diagnosis AGAIN before we can even start to get it fixed.
0 out of 100 for not calling me back. I have to pay for someone to be sent out through warranty- I'm owed a diagnosis and estimate. Or at least the correct info for getting the broken part.

This is the second time I have used Rite-a-way, equally pleased both times. They are quick to respond and provide service - and very professional. I can't say enough good things about Rite-A-Way Plumbing. They were sent out by my warranty company to deal with my failed water heater that tightly shared a tiny closet along with a furnace. Plumbing, gas lines, and the closet doorway locations made the job one I believe any plumber would dread. However, Brandon and David from Rite-A-Way took on the challenge and did an amazing job. Brandon also spent tedious hours up to the replacement dealing with my warranty company, which had sent out the wrong size water heater. Simply put, Rite-A-Way went above and beyond to gain this customer's appreciation and loyalty.

David was very respectful and professional in handling my 86yr old Uncle’s leak and in the tub faucet replacement…he was so happy that it could be fixed and enjoyed David’s professional input. THANK YOU, DAVID! 😇

The service was not merely unsatisfactory; it was outright negligent and unacceptable. The plumber dispatched by Rite-A-Way Plumbing under our Landmark home warranty demonstrably worsened the situation. We had a simple drain clog in our main kitchen sink. After a mere 30 minutes of unproductive work, the Rite-A-Way plumber not only failed to clear the existing clog but actively created a new one in our adjacent prep sink, rendering both sinks unusable. He then declared he could do nothing further without an expensive hydro jet service and simply abandoned the job, leaving us with a significant plumbing failure he himself exacerbated. The staggering incompetence of the Rite-A-Way plumber is glaringly obvious when contrasted with the fact that a competent plumber resolved the issue completely in minutes, without the unnecessary and costly hydro jetting solution. This blatant disregard for basic plumbing competence, coupled with the added inconvenience and potential for water damage caused by two clogged sinks, demands immediate attention and redress.

David was very efficient and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me in a normal way instead of using plumber margin. He was even willing to show me how to rebuild the value that wasn't working for future to save me money. He says it's an easy DIY. That built loyalty and made me even more willing to use them in the future. I was quoted by another company almost 400 and he stated it was only about 250. I have AHS warranty so they covered it. Very transparent. Would recommend.

I use them exclusively for all my properties, they are excellent to work with.
