Gary was great about informing us when he was coming. He did the job well, and his pricing was very competitive. Very nice guy.

I was very impressed with Gary. Upon initial contact we discussed the problems that needed to be addressed. After the inspection he explained what he was going to do and then showed me the parts that were being replaced and why. Gary has great knowledge of the plumbing field and integrity. Highly recommended

Gary came in and replaced our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He was professional ( on time, efficient and kept a clean work area). He went above and beyond, cleaning a hard water deposit so we would not have to after he left). He was also friendly to boot. I would recommend him to anyone.

Gary performed 3 services. (1) Toilet leak into the crawl space which required a new toilet seal and a valve replacement. The service was efficient and he left the space clean and ready to use. (2) Installed a water pressure reducing valve (PRV) because did not have one and was tested at over 100psi. Again, service was efficient and he left the crawl space entrance clean. (3) Extended a rooftop plumbing vent to regulation height. Gary was on-time, priced better than fair, and trustworthy. We will definitely call him first the next time we have need help.

Gary was recommended by a restoration company. He took a break from another emergency and came quickly because we had an emergency. He assessed the situation. Went back to his other job, finished it, and came back to use later in the day. He finished repairs and even did an extra bit of work I wanted done. Super nice guy. Took care of us.

Gary The Plumber is hands-down the greatest plumbing service I’ve ever used – and I’ve dealt with a few in Boise! He responded to my call super fast, even for what turned out to be a simple bathroom faucet leak. We connected right away over text, swapping photos of the issue, and he took the time to research my exact faucet model, track down the part, and offer to come out on a Sunday to fix it. No upcharges, just a fair, awesome price for quick, professional work.
But what really sets Gary apart is the guy himself – he’s hilarious, down-to-earth, and we ended up chatting about all kinds of stuff, including some killer barbecue tips that I’m definitely trying next weekend. He turned a annoying leak into a genuinely fun experience.

Kevin did an awesome job; he really listened to my frustrations and went out of his way to make sure I was happy before he left. I also spoke with a manager who was equally great. This is exactly why I switched to this company a few years ago—they actually make their customers feel important. Highly recommend!

I had Braden come over to fix a leak in a bathroom,put a toilet and new sinks and faucets in a bathroom. He was very quick to get the job done and even fixed my front door handle on his way out. He went above and beyond what I expected. The price was so reasonable. I plan to ask for him whenever I need any plumbing done. Thank you Braden!
