Absolutely no communication, had no idea what they were actually needing to do, didn’t wear any protective gear in the home, tore out walls and insulation without covering the bed, my toddlers bed, toys, nothing.

Buss Mechanical (Chris) is completeing a job our contractor did not finish for 2 bathrooms. He is also fixing new kitchen plumbing that was done incorrectly for our sink and garbage disposal, we also had a leak at the valve. Should of called Buss Mechanical first. Buss Mechanical was wonderful to work with, Riley took care of one of our Tenant's on a day where she needed help. We had a new water heater and a mess cleaned up with in hours. The tenant was very happy with their work, the owner got a great price and warranty, and they really knew about the product and picking a quality water heater. Paramount is happy to recommend them to other property managers, as well as home owners.

We were referred to Buss from Dry Pros. We had a pipe leak under our kitchen sink and the plumber came right out. He was kind, friendly and quickly settled payment. Buss rescued me from crooked contractors. My husband passed away so I was using some of this life insurance to remodel our home to make it easier to care for our special needs daughter. Two individuals had already stolen huge amounts of my funds. Buss had already completed installation of a recirculation pump, but then someone cut it out of the system and stole it. Buss came back in and repaired it at zero cost to me. It was a huge act of kindness that made it easier to be in the house. My daughter had passed a month before and the generosity from the Buss Company restored some of the faith I have in people.
