These guys rock! My home warranty company had sent a plumber to replace my water heater a few months back. I had been hearing a dog whistle noise from the water heater, called the home warranty company again, they told me I needed to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer got me in touch with Buss Mechanical, these guys found the issue immediately and fixed it crazy quick. Alongside this, Buss Mechanical was able to work with me on an invoice discrepancy that would have cost me hundreds of dollars due to the mistakes of the company that did the initial water heater installation, and the home warranty company (process errors). Spoke with Mark at Buss Mechanical and he was a huge help. Very obvious that these dudes know their stuff and care about their customers. Will for sure be using them moving forward.

We used Buss twice in the last month as first the primary tub leaked, then the shower. They were so quick, friendly, and worked to find the right solution for the problem and our budget. Both times the final cost was below what I was worrying about and our plumber went above and beyond to help us out and make things as easy and convenient as plumbing leaks can be. It is so nice to find a friendly, honest, efficient company to work with.

He was able to get us the best possible price and sent an outstanding plumber Sven out to clear the issue. Sven is a super friendly and likeable guy, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.

Meticulous and efficient plumbing rough in for a new shower in tight coordination with a general contractor. Professional demeanor and quick turnaround. Plumbing looked like a piece of art!

Had a clogged toilet and the tech that came out was very professional made the repair quickly and cleaned up when he was done. His name was Kevin spelled like this Quevin I believe.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Buss Mechanical and their technicians. I manage a building in Boise and have had a boiler in alarm status for over 2 years. I have been dealing with another company who could never get any of the issues figured out. Buss Mech comes in and determines several different issues causing the alarms and got everything back up and running as soon as replacement parts arrived. Their techs, Mike, Brad, and Keanu all spent time explaining the system and teaching me some preventative maintenance tasks that I can do in between services. Will definitely be using Buss Mechanical to service our boiler system in the future and I highly recommend them.

This indoor hot springs was petty good but the woman at the front desk was kinda annoying and rude but would come again 😚
