Plan on paying above whatever he quotes for job. He's pretty good at add-ons...didn't have the parts for water heater installation and wanted to charge for his travel time to go to parts store. Very caustic attitude...personally didn't care for him at all.

Once again Jeff came when he said he would and did a great job installing a new water heater. Highly recommended and I will continue to call him for my plumbing work.

Jeff Norman is very prompt and professional and pleasant to work with. He has done several plumbing upgrades for me, most recently a kitchen repair job that presented multiple challenges. He has unstopped drains, replaced valves, put in frost-free valves on outside faucets. He always has time for emergencies and doesn't turn down small jobs. I've always been very pleased with the results. His price is fair and reasonable considering the intricacies of working with an older home. I would absolutely recommend Jeff Norman to friends needing plumbing work.

Norman is quite experienced and knowledgeable. He helped us out twice when we were in a pickle for repairs and was great to work with. Another plumbing company we had contacted were trying to fleece us by not finding the root issue and suggesting unnecessary repairs. Norman helped us out at the last moment, was honest and had fair pricing. Highly recommend him for plumbing issues.

Dave was awesome. Not only did he fix my drain but he also taught me how to plunger my clogged sink drain. Look forward to next time

Dave and Kevin came over and fixed my toilet after I had tried to snake it for a week. They were professional, reasonably priced and got it done that day. I inquired about other things they may be able to do and not only could they do them but they gave me a bid right then and there. I will be having them back in the future for any plumbing help I need.

I wish I didn't have to write this, because Dave did conscientious work and was extremely well-priced. However, he was called out to repair a clogged line to my bathroom and discovered in the process that the problem was caused by the contractors doing road construction on my street, making the City of Boise liable for the damage. He stated multiple times that he took photos and would write up a synopsis for me to use as documentation to make a claim. Despite reminding him, it has been a month and I have received nothing. The bill was over $1300, too large for me to just dismiss his lack of follow through.

Dave is a top notch guy. Wanted to help before he even came out. Showed up when he said he would and very professional. Going to use Dave again for other home projects as he just a super cool/interesting person. Ask him to tell you a joke, guaranteed he has one!

Dave saved us! The plumbing was backed up in my home and I had gotten ridiculous prices from competitors. Dave picked up on the first ring, was at my house in 30 minutes, had the problem diagnosed within the hour and literally saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Cannot recommend highly enough. This guy is a pro.

My pressure tank had failed and was slowly leaking. They came right out the same day & were able to do some troubleshooting with me over the phone so they had all the parts ready when they got here. Best of all it cost me less than he quoted me! Super happy and loved the way Dave was able to explain stuff as he worked so I could understand why it failed and what needed replaced. - Thanks again!

Dave gave me a lower quote to do replace my garbage disposal than the other Plumbers I called. He came out and pulled a wash cloth out of the kitchen drain that I didn't realize had slipped down there and said the garbage disposal wasn't the problem the washcloth was. He said the garbage disposal doesn't need to be replaced at all, it's in great shape. He didn't even charge me for a service call! He said he believes in being honest and not replacing things that don't need to be replaced. I am beyond impressed with his level of integrity. Thank you Dave! You are my new plumber for all work needed going forward. Thank you, Thank you! :)

Dave is one of the best contractors I have worked with. He is timely, fair and does great work. Dave believes in providing good work at a good price to grow his business and he does a great job. Period.

We had a kitchen sink drainage issue that my husband had worked all different ideas without resolving it! We called up Dave and he gave him a few more ideas to try over the phone. When it didn’t work Dave came out and saved the day!! Super impressed by his professionalism and promptness! We will be using Dave again soon!!!

I really appreciate someone that has a lot of experience and chooses to use it wisely and for the good. After explaining to Dave that some services told me I needed a ____ and I'd like his bid, the first question he asked me was "How do you know that you need ____? let me look at it myself." Then he proposed a fix that 4 previous services hadn't even offered, or maybe even thought of. He was in and out in minimal time. He also proceeded to answer all my questions that I had gained from listening to other proposals, and he helped me realize how much fear tactics plays in to this line or work. He's quite passionate about his trade, and it shows through his work. I also appreciate that he said "I don't care what zip code you live in, I charge the same rate." I saw some reviews about getting ahold of him, all I gotta say is that he is a busy guy, best to over communicate with him, he means well. Solid guy and a solid plumber. I'll definitely be sharing his info.

We had Dave come out to clean our drain. Ended up having a lot of tree roots in the line and sewer pipe was cracked. Had to dig down to sewer pipe, replace pipe and sewer clean out. Job took longer then he thought because of our sprinkler system and an electrical line. Also bought and installed a new toilet for us. He had quoted a price before hand and he stayed with that price even though it took longer than he thought. We were very pleased with Dave and his crew. He is a very hard working, honest man and will be our plumber for all of our work. Thanks Dave
