Delivered water heaters here for the second time. Everyone is very friendly. The first time, I walked into shipping, and someone came right up and directed me where to go. Receiving is the last set of 5 (or6) garage doors. Looks tight, but plenty of room for my KW to swing.

We needed a replacement hose assembly for our Kohler sink. Ferguson's website said they had one in stock at the Addison location. I purchased it on line and was given a confirmation email saying I could pick up the part that day after 2:30 pm. When I got to the store, the person atthe counter informed me that they sold the part to someone else who walked in right before me. What?! I purchased that part on line for pick up in store and I had a confirmation email. I was not happy. "Ooops" they said "Sometimes this happens. We end up selling a part that someone else bought on line."

They said they could have the part brought from another location and I could pick it up in a few days. They said they'd call me when it was ready. Not surprisingly, they never called. I tried calling the Addison store multiple times. They never answered the phone. I ended up having to cancel my order. The customer service here is abysmal and if you buy something on line for pick up in store, it's very possible the part will end up being sold to someone else. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I would give Ferguson Zero stars if it was an option! Yesterday a part on my water heater went out. After several phone calls to various companies, Ferguson assured me that they had the part I needed. Although Ferguson was an hour away from me, I needed hot water. I could have ordered it online in the morning for a guaranteed delv of Monday but since they had it in stock I decided to make the 2hr commitment to get my part! Once I arrived, I was quickly told by service he didn't think they had the part! He left me sitting there for just short of an hour looking for this part. Low and behold, no PART!!! When I asked how this could happen he said the call in service center operates on a different system and they saw 10 parts in stock. His system said 10 parts were in stock but in a location that doesn't exist in his building so he knew immediately before physically looking for it that it likely was NOT there! If the call center had this visibility, I would have known up front or had someone look for it before making a 2 HR commitment out of my day to go down there! Needless to say I was very upset by this since I left work early (midday), spent money for gas, and burned 3 hrs out of my day only to leave without my part and then to be left to order it online later in the day which I could have done to begin with! Before I left I gave them the opportunity to make it right for the customer. I asked him if he could ship it to me from the mfg which he said he could. He asked if I wanted it sent next day and I said, Sure, but I'm not paying the freight to have this sent to me, correct? He blank faced looked at me and said "yes, you have to pay the freight even if it's sent ground you will be charged the freight" I was astonished by this matter of fact response. There was never an apology nor any level of customer service or satisfaction granted to me. I was professional, calm cool and collective even though he knew I was upset by their mistake and what it cost me in time and gas. He showed no remorse or offered any way to make it right! That is what is appalling that in this time of fierce competition, a company can still operate like this! I am writing about my experience in the hopes that other readers know about their horrible operating systems and the mistakes it is making for all of their customers each and everyday! It's shameful a business can operate with two separate systems which doesn't offer up integrity of the data which they need to give customers accurate information over the phone before wasting peoples time due to their inefficiencies and inaccuracies! Shameful just shameful!

If it weren't for Gabriella Galati, I probably wouldn't be leaving this review!!! OUTSTANDING employee is an understatement.... I had a few problems with my order and after my own futile attempts, and much wasted time, I felt like I was "out of luck" so to speak, until she answered the phone!!! After explaining my problems, she stopped what she was doing, helped me out right then and there.....solved my problems within minutes!!!
She was patient, pleasant and very considerate, as if we had been working on a purchase together for a while. As a consumer, when you buy something, no matter where, if there is a problem or you need help, that's when you decide where and with whom you will shop with in the future.....knowing you're in good hands. It's how you're treated that sticks with you, you can buy appliances, etc. almost anywhere, but its "customer service" that sets it apart and she truly deserves an award. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The delivery drivers r horrible to deal with. They don’t understand simple things

Terrible, terrible, terrible all over. Customer service training sessions much needed at this location. It’s crazy how now a days, the customer service gesture is completely gone for the customers that pays for products.

You guys have a guy driving a truck without the door on the back of the box truck. Dolly's, tables, tools are just sitting there ready to fly out into traffic. Us dot.28201 8.

I had a pipe burst in my home due to the cold weather. I called a number of places but quality was the only business that called right back and gave me a reasonable time of arrival. The technician Kevin was exceptional. He found the source of the breach quickly and despite the pipe being in a less than optimal location to make a repair, he was able to make adjustments and was able to repair the pipe and restore water to my home. He also provided suggestions to insulate the exposed wall area as the cold weather has yet to abate.

I am very grateful. and would highly recommend Quality Plumbing Services to anyone seeking prompt, efficient and quality plumbing services. Also a big thank you to Kevin for his superior work.

My toilets sinks and showers started to back up at 4 o’clock on Saturday night , called Quality and Kevin was at my house by 5 . He rodded out the drain line to my septic field , checked the ejector pump, cleaned up any mess and was finished by 6:45 . So I was able to keep our dinner plans . Talk about professional .quality and efficient work . I have never been so impressed by any service company . Kevin was a personable professional and experienced plumber that explained to us the problem and spent the extra effort to make sure the problem was corrected. Quality Plumbing will be the only plumbing company I will call in the future . A wonderful experience.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work Quality Plumbing Services did to very quickly fix our problem where both our 2nd floor toilets wouldn't flush and we were unable to free up the clog with a plunger. When I called a little before noon, the man that answered was very helpful and polite, saying he would do his best to get a plumber out that same day. 15 minutes later, he called back and said a plumber was on his way and would be there within an hour! The plumber, Scott S., was also very nice and, after evaluating the situation, he gave me a full explanation of the issue, my options to address it, and his recommendations. I decided to have Scott power rod our cast iron drain pipe, and also replace one of our toilets. He did a great job on both, and our problem was resolved! Unlike some of other plumbing companies we've used in the past, Scott was very clean and left the place even cleaner than before he came! I'm so happy I found Quality Plumbing Services, and I'll definitely use them again if another plumbing issue occurs. I give them my highest recommendation!

I’ve been a DIY guy all my life. I finally broke down and called Quality Plumbing Services thinking I had a larger sewer drain issue. It turns out I was wrong. Dan was honest. He fixed the problem and saved me time, aggravation and money. The bill was half of what I thought I was going to spend. This company has integrity and I highly recommend their services.

Well, I decided to wait a couple of weeks before writing any review. So here it is:
I had 2 problems. My kitchen sink drain had been draining fairly slowly and then almost backed up entirely. It would take quite a while for it to finally drain the water from the sink. I had to start washing dishes by hand since my dishwasher was not working. Coincidence ??
So, I called Quality, based on all the 5 star reviews I read online. Dan came out first thing the next morning and I told him about my drain problem and that I wanted to make certain that the drain was working properly before I called for someone to come out and fix my dishwasher. Dan said that was a good idea because the drain problem may not be causing the dishwasher problem. Dan goes to his truck and gets all the tools he needs and starts the rodding process. He rods down about 40 feet to make sure he gets the pipe cleaned out.
Success. The kitchen sink is now draining as it should. Dan double checked everything to make sure nothing was leaking under the sink and everything was fine. At this point I asked Dan to check my upstairs bathroom because the bathtub faucet had a very slow drip. Dan got to work and it turned out that the control needed a new cartridge. He put a new one in and everything looked good.
The next morning it was leaking again. So I called Quality and talked to Anthony and explained my problem. Anthony explained that Dan was on a job and that he would be back to check it out and fix it. But he wasn't sure if that would be today or the next day. I said no problem and I just wanted the problem resolved. I think it was less than 2 hours later, here is Dan back apologizing for having to come back after he thought the problem was taken care of. Well, it turned out that the new cartridge he put in was defective. Dan went out to his supplier and got a new cartridge. He came back and put in the new cartridge. As of this writing, everything is in great shape. Draining great and no more leaking bathtub faucet. Dan was great. If you're having any plumbing issues don't hesitate to call Quality Plumbing. They'll get the job done and they stand by their work.

By the way, I called a repairman for the dishwasher, and it needed a new pump.
