John and Kevin did an awesome job cleaning out our triple basins! Very professional!

We have been using Quality Plumbing for a decade now, with the great fortune of having Scott as our technician for all of our plumbing needs: hot water heater replacements, ejector pump replacements, in-line pump repair, and General Toilet Stuff. Quality Plumbing always communicates well, keeping us in the loop as to when Scott will be arriving and other logistical issues. Their prices are also competitive. I can’t imagine being more pleased with a plumbing service!

Diane was great. I called her and told her my some pump was going out and she got someone out here right away and Dan the service guy was of gentleman was so polite and helpful and did such a great job.

My sink handle broke off and I ordered the parts. I had been trying for hours to put pieces together and couldn’t get my sink handle to work. I called quality plumbing and John took the time to talk to me and FaceTimed me. Sure enough handle got fixed . He was so patient . I was struggling holding phone and showing him the parts and trying to assemble it all. He just walked me through each step. Thank you John for your kindness. Ever business should have a John!!

We love Quality Sewer Services. They have been there for us when we need them most. Dan has come to help us rod our personal sewer line twice over the last 6 years. He is always a wealth of knowledge and offers clear explanations about why certain things are happening to our 100+ year old home! You can definitely depend on Quality.

I live in Evanston and Scott, a plumber, at Quality Plumbing in Addison, IL spent a couple hours fixing a low pressure shower in our house. Scott did an excellent job. He explained everything to me and was very transparent. He was very friendly, thorough in his work as well as tidy. I would highly recommend Scott and Quality Plumbing.

We needed the option of handheld shower heads in our 2 bathrooms. Wally worked with us over the phone, emailed photos of several options, and provided a reasonable and fair price quote. Based on our schedule, they installed the new shower heads in less than 2 days! Kevin and Brian were experienced and professional and demonstrated the new features thoroughly. We highly recommend Quality Plumbing. We've used them in the past, and our experience has always exceeded our expectations!

I recently had issues with both my sump pump and dishwasher and I’m grateful that I called quality plumbing. I was absolutely frantic home with my 4 sick kiddos when the toilet got clogged and I couldn't seem to fix it. JOHN sat on the phone with me and walked me through trouble shooting so I didn't have to pay for an unnecessary service. It worked and I am so grateful. Kevin and Brian were great, they fixed my faucet and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were very professional and considerate, and really represent their company well. I also thought it was nice to see that they have an apprenticeship program for people who want to be plumbers, because we need them and it is a very necessary career. Would recommend!

Long story short...

Cut a hole in my ceiling to find a leak. Seen said leak and called Quality Plumbing Services. I was able to get a tech out the next day. That tech immediately found the cause of the problem and fixed it correctly...the...first...time. in other words, where other plumbers did the minimum requirements for the job, he seen and diagnosed what problems other plumbers created.

As the name of the company says it all; I would absolutely do business with that company again.
