I have been using Quality Plumbing Services for a couple years for issues from leaky showers to installing a new water heater and now garbage disposal. They are easy,reliable knowledgeable and cost effective and my go to for issues! Having Dan as the tech for any work done helps, he is fast, efficient with great customer service!

From my initial call with Ralph on a Saturday about an ejector pump that had failed, to the service provided by their technicians, everything was handled with true professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout the process, they clearly explained the repair to me, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Quality Plumbing Services Inc. for over seven years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and professional. I have an older home and first discovered them during an emergency plumbing situation. After trying several local plumbing contractors in the past, none come close to the quality and reliability I’ve found with Quality Plumbing. I haven’t used anyone since.

Their plumbers are licensed, professional courteous, and consistently deliver excellent work. I’ve never had a single issue with the services they have provided.

In particular, I want to recognize Scott, one of their licensed journeymen plumbers, who has done multiple service calls at my home. He’s always prompt, respectful, and takes the time to clearly explain the issue and outline my options without any pressure for unnecessary repairs.

Dan arrived at my house in the stipulated time, they were quick to check the problem I had in the crawl space, they did several tests to make sure where the leak was coming from, once they identified the source, Dan explained everything to me professionally in a very clear way and immediately fixed the leak and another problem I also had with the pipe that leads to the street. They did a clean a perfect job and also gave me recommendations to take care of the water and the flies that were down there. I would definitely call them again if I need to, I highly recommend them 100%

An AI app referred this company to me so I took a chance.

They ended up fixing a toilet pipe that was older than everyone in the house. 3 other plumbers and 2 quick fixes over the course of 3 years said I would have to dig up the floor or go through the ceiling below. They came in a did some real quality work. Well worth the time and money spent to be free of this head ache.

Dan and brian came out and did an excellent and professional job thawing out the pipes. They verified every faucet to make sure there was running water. Highly recommend them

I had been looking for a plumber for a long time. I sat down and got online and started searching for plumbers. I read a lot of reviews and finally settled on Quality Plumbers. They worked on older homes and that was definitely mine.
I gave them a call and got an appointment for the very next day. Kevin and Brian showed up in the time I was told. They checked out the situation and explained everything to me and then got right to work.
Kevin and Brian were very professional, friendly, knew their job and cared how they did it. I will definitely be calling Quality Plumbing for all my plumbing problems. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends.

Very happy with the work done by Quality Plumbing! Had a shower valve that needed to be fixed and they were able to come by on short notice. Special thanks to Dan who did an excellent job fixing the shower! Real nice guy, very professional.

They quoted me $1579.00 for a job that I did the next day ( replacing waste and drainage pipe in bathroom ) for $250.00 dollars plus tip, job done no more leak.

Nothing complex about job, pipe fully visible and accessible. Repair kit for waste and drainage cost $38.00…… not sure how a $1579.00 charge was justified ……. Your agent said the extra charge was because he went to school for 5 yrs and is licensed ……. Those are costs you recoup over time not all of it from one customer…… glad I had the sense to do some quick internet research to see the recommended price range for changing waste and drainage pipe in bathroom that is accessible and not hidden in the walls ……. Recommend everyone do their research to avoid being overcharged ……… just want to protect others hence the review …… would have been really upset to be out $1579 instead of $250 plus tips …… no judgement, to each his own …….. thanks for the response.

Dan was at our home today replacing a sump pump and replacing a widespread faucet in our vintage pedestal sink. He was a pleasure to work with - very thorough, explanatory and professional. Absolutely would recommend Quality Plumbing.

Would recommend Quality Plumbing in Addison, IL to do work. Received a call 15 minutes before Kevin came out to do the work. He was very professional and left the work area clean.

We were dealing with a sump pump emergency when it suddenly stopped working and water began coming into our basement. It was incredibly stressful, and most companies I called were either unavailable or rushed us off the phone and were quick to assume that our sump pump was shot. Quality Plumbing Services was the only company that took the time to really ask questions and understand exactly what was happening with our sump pump.

Even though they weren’t able to come out until the next day, the person I spoke with was calm, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through a temporary solution over the phone that helped prevent our basement from flooding. Thanks to this guidance, we were able to get the motor going and avoid major damage.

They came out right away the next morning. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help during a stressful emergency. I can’t recommend Quality Plumbing Services enough.

Dan from Quality Plumbing came out for my leaky shower cartridge and low water pressure. The part was a pain—he had to track one down and order it, which took a little extra time, but he kept me updated and got it sorted without any hassle on my end. I have had some bad experiences in the past dealing with landscapers, plumbers etc just trying to get them to your home and on time. Problem solved with Drip Drop Plumbing. First off Bob was on time and as awkward as it was a plumber was here already giving me an estimate and he Kindly waited in his truck. The other plumber came way early but Bob was on time... Bob is a super nice guy and we discussed the work I needed and options and gave me advise as well of things I didn't even consider. Even though his bid was just slightly higher then another plumber I had, and WAY WAY less then some of the others, I chose Bob because, one I Liked his personality they way he represented himself and how timely they were able to schedule the job. Especially since a previous plumber left me hanging and I was in a bind, they didn't capitalize on that. Work day Bob and Shaun came as scheduled and called with a ETA because of traffic. Shaun and Bob are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, not just because they are in your home and you hire them but these guys don't have to fake it. They are kind and considerate and considering the job that was ahead of them, they never showed any frustration. They even deducted some of my bill because of some parts I elected to get myself. Not only did they work as professionals and showed me the upmost respect, asked if I wanted to take some photos along the way for documentation, they also did a tremendous job, everything to code, the plumbing was spot on where I needed it and one could tell this wasn't done by a weekend warrior... They left my home as clean as expected especially with all the dust from busting concrete. I would not hesitate to hire from this company again in a heart beat. They are professional, they came on time, called ahead all things one appreciates when your life is about to be tuned upside down for the day. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and should be commended on impressing me because I promise I am not easily impressed this day and age anymore...

So last month my hot water heater was on the fritz and Drip Drop Plumbing was the 1st company to respond. They sent a guy out and in his opinion it was that the Thermocouple that needed to be replaced. He charged me $240 for the job and then 2 days later, I was having the same problem. I called Drip Drop back and they told me that maybe I need to get my chimney looked at because air thru there may be blowing the pilot out. I called multiple times and got nothing more than a run around. They still to this day never called back and I feel I deserve a refund because they never fixed the problem.

Our main drain was backing up and they came out right away and were professional and kept us informed of our options and were able to fix the problem that day at a very fair price. We used Drip Drop about 6 years ago and were extremely happy with them then and now.

Drip Drop Plumbing has been our number one plumbing company for years now. From little leaks to flooding, they have fixed it all! Dealing with everyone who works there has always been a pleasure. They are extremely knowledgable and have always taken the time to explain the issues and how those issues will be addressed. Everyone who has come out has always been great!
