This company is amazing! Logan came out and fixed a dryer venting issue in the drywall of my house that was an ongoing issues for months. He was a problem solver and figured out the issue at hand. Logan was professional, honest, and the job was done right. I am thankful I chose Franzen and would highly recommend them!

Our furnace needed replacement and we contacted three companies for quotes, including Franzen. Franzen was the most competitive with offering the best balance of product, service and price. The woman who answered the phone (and answered several of our questions) was very polite and quick to assist us. The person who came out to give the quote was not pushy and gave good recommendations. The installation team was on time and overall it went well. I did speak with Tony after the installation regarding a concern I had and he promptly addressed the issue. From everyone we dealt with at Franzen, it is clear that they are customer focused and were not satisfied until we were. We are very happy with our decision to use Franzen and look forward to working with them in the future.

A while ago I thought that my furnace was leaking and had Franzen investigate it. The furnace was not the culprit. Unfortunately it was my very old water heater that was the problem. I am lucky it didn't blow up, it was bad. I was quoted a decent price for a brand new heater with installation. What I am unhappy about is the price jumped up the next day when they arrived for installation. I am retired and living on a shoestring and it hit me hard. A friend showed me how inexpensive they are and I felt like an idiot and scammed out of my money. I know I needed to get a heater asap but between the cost and why do I really need

What makes this experience 5 star outstanding also includes the owner Tony being able to fit me in the same day today when I called him at 6:30 this morning, with the temperature now at 90F & a dew point of 70F.

As I have dealt with in the past, no obsessing over any kind of emergency charge when I spoke with Tony & not over charging me for the service call like HVAC businesses have done to me in the past since I have lived here. Already, more than 1 neighbor asked me about todays visit & I tell them straight out, they are a keeper! I will continue to recommend Franzen to everybody who asks me.

Franzen Heating and Cooling is a great company. They are knowledgeable and honest. I had them install a new furnace and A/C 4 yrs ago, they did a great job. This morning we woke up and the furnace wouldn’t fire. I called Tony, he tried to walk me through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone but it still wouldn’t fire. He came out and had it up and running in about 5 minutes. Thank you my man! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone I know that needs new equipment or service!

The owner, Tony, is very nice and easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and new exactly what AC unit was best for our house. The guy that came and installed the unit was also very nice and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend Franzen without a doubt.

Made a call to Franzen and Tony was promptly out same day to provide us with a thorough quote for replacement options for both our AC and furnace. Tony was fantastic to work with and really took his time to assess our needs and provide the best possible replacement options for our house at competitive pricing. They were able to get a prompt install scheduled for us, which was huge plus with the hot temps outside. Great communication all throughout the process. Shawn and crew arrived promptly in the morning for the install and were very professional, courteous, and treated our home with great care. They wrapped up in the afternoon and gave us a great intro and tutorial of the new system. Absolutely love our new system and the outstanding service Franzen provided throughout the entire process!

Great install of new Trane furnace and air conditioner. Price was significantly below the competition. Very skilled sheet metal work and routing of drain piping by Logan and Shawn. Fitment was perfect. Don’t hesitate to use Franzen for your HVAC needs.

Great experience. I called and Tony came out the very same day when our heat went out this week. Heck he even came out on a Sunday when most other companies who claim to have 24/7 service weren’t available. That in itself is fantastic. He came in, was able to diagnose the issue and gave us an estimate. Service was performed the very next day. Logan was very professional, thorough and just overall great. Communication has also been wonderful. I am so happy that we contacted them and I will be sure recommend them to anyone who may be a need of their service.

Called Tony at 6pm when we realized our water heater was leaking. He had a new one installed for me by 9am the next morning at a great price. Great quality service! Logan and Shawn were professional, friendly, and gave us great advice on maintaining heater. Just a good local company!

Franzen did an outstanding job of helping me select and install a new furnace and heat pump for our house. They answered all my questions about moving to a heat pump and the advantages. No sales pressure, gave me a few days to think about it. Once I made my mind up they were ready to install the next business day. Installation went without issues and the install person walked me through everything before the job was completed. I highly recommend Franzen Heating and Cooling!

Our AC unit died on the 3ed of July , Franzen had a tech here to access my situation and we needed a total AC overhaul of our 30 year old unit.
We were quoted a good price and great finance option I qualified for.
We just had our new unit installed by their crew and could not be happier , we signed up for the service on the new unit and our older boiler.
