My refrigerator was making a loud clunky noise and the technician who came out was able to fix it immediately. He was so kind and helpful to me and the next day he stopped by on a follow-up visit just to make sure everything was still okay and that I was satisfied. It was great customer service.

Guy came in for a ice machine not creating ice. Honestly seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. He mentioned the board was fried, impossible the machine turns on and works. Having a different company come out today to fix it. Still got charged 95$ for nothing. Just a " we will call you today in the afternoon to see if we can find a board to switch" never got a call though. Ask if they do work on the brand of your appliance before you schedule them.

My dryer belt broke late last night. Alex arrived this afternoon and replaced it in only an hour. I can finish my weekend laundry like nothing happened 👍

On New Year’s Eve, I found cold drafty air coming through my dryer, so it’s still not fixed. There was heat before this repair, and now I have cold drafty air. I need the heat restored to my dryer asap. I can’t dry my towels.

The heat came back an hour later, and finished the load. But I’m still concerned that it stopped. Please follow up.
