V poor service. The technician came but couldnt repair the motor or refused to repair the Ac motor.
I had to pay $600 for the motor to the building maintenance guys. So this insurance is virtually uselesss for me.
I demand a compensation for the expense that I had to incur to replace the motor -
Our dryer was over heating, called Sears to have it checked out, when the technician came he promptly vacuumed the part removing lint that was stuck causing it to over heat and left; I then began to wash clothes noticing now that my dryer was only drying my clothes for about 5 minutes then stopping…. Called Sears back… tech came out, a few days later….prior to his arrival which was suppose to be between 3-5, it was now 5:00, he called to let me know “he was stopping for an oil change” at which I had no other choice then saying “ok, whatever” when he finally arrived he said “oh I forgot to plug in the moisture sensor last time I was here” this was before even looking at the dryer…. Fixed the problem and left.
Think twice before you call Sears again to come out to “fix” anything, they aren’t what they use to be -
The technician was timely in his arrival and in his repair of my oven. He was kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the job at hand. I appreciated his professional response in getting the job done.

Great repairman, super helpful and informative. He was able to fix our issue with our AC unit quickly and efficiently

Your local repair company keeps rescheduling. They've done so 4 times now.

Monty was fine, he did what he could under the circumstances. Unfortunately, it was the washer that needed repair and not the dryer. I would hope the return repair assignment will be assigned to Monty 👍😊 . Choice is actually my insurance carrier but they sent my claim to Sears 🤔. But Monty was fine.

Attempting to have Sears Home Services in to diagnose and fix a leaky washer. Sent pics and info in advance. On day one a technician showed up for ten minutes, said she couldn’t deal with it, and left. Rescheduled for day two, during which the estimated time of arrival at our place literally changed five or six times before SHS changed its mind and cancelled until the next day. There is no way to have a voice conversation with a human being at SHS - the only contact channel is an incoherent chat bot. I found a different service, booked them, and went to cancel Sears but it was nearly impossible; website said it was impossible and asked me to call a bot-staffed toll free number which had no record of my repair order. Finally figured out how to cancel via text on my phone. I will not try to use this service again.

I was not happy with his communication skills. He raised his voice unnecessarily and difficult to convey my problem. He needs customer service skills improved. Otherwise he was finally able to repair the refrigerator drawer.

This has been the worst experience of my dealings with Sears! I paid for a service call because the technician said I do not have a Sears Himr warranty which is not true. I called Sears Hime warranty to tell them about my service call. They verified I have a warranty and now 2 hours later no one has helped me to get my refund for the service call nor submitted the report to get my stove replacement because the service call was not called in. What kind of quality operation are you running? I need my issue resolved

Sade was pleasant and good at explaining the issues so we could decide whether to have our DW fixed or replaced. Would recommend Sears Home Services.

Jayveon was a tremendous help in getting us signed up for the warranty. He was available within hours of me scheduling the appointment and showed up sooner than estimated. He is very professional and I hope we are able to work with him in the future.

Technician was very helpful and kind. Not the easiest task as it was a cramped space and install the first time 10 years ago was not don’t property. Every issue he came across, he found a solution to fix it and make it happen. Well done team!

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a thorough job of cleaning and examining each appliance. I am very satisfied with his work

The tech named LUIS took a pic of his car outside our home, lied that we were not in and cancelled the appointment after we waited the whole day. Another tech made us wait till 4 PM, then called to say they just added us to her queue and that she cant make it but will schedule me for Saturday morning. Finally Ola showed up at 3.30 PM Saturday. He finished the job quickly, competently and the dishwasher was working by 4 PM. Ola was fantastic. SEARS home services just holds you hostage. Their customer service platform is a nightmare, you cannot get through. They ask you to type your order number but there's not enough time to type it. So basically, you can never complain. Simple solution: GO ELSEWHERE.

Abdelkarim was on time, very polite, and did a great job of communicating what he was doing and why. He taught me about my system and common errors people male. Although he did not believe the problem (just a loud noise) could be fixed, the minor tweaks he made reduced the noise tremendously.

I had a great experience with the Sears Repair group. Efrain my repairman was super: Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and he solved my problem!

The technician showed up on time and repaired the appliance quickly and correctly.

I would give zero stars if I could. The technician (Monty) is completely unprofessional with an appalling level of deceitful business practices. Not only did he fail to show up to FOUR appointments but he ordered parts without ever diagnosing the issue! Whenever I spoke with him he was rude, condescending and extremely combative. If this is a reflection of the company I'm ending contract.

It wasn't the technician that I rated, its the SEARS company. I've been without a working washer since the beginning of July. Several techs have been scheduled but SEARS FAILS to send 2 techs because I have STACKABLE APPLIANCES that require 2 people. I've also had several appoitments where I've waited all day and NO TECH SHOWS UP then I get a text of canceled or rescheduled. I asked for a replacement but was told the techs must put that in their notes. HOW can a tech put that in the notes when theyre unable to service the machine with one person. SEARS ONLY provides ONE $50 reimbursement. The money I've spent going to the laundromat could have been used to get the washer fixed. It DEFEATS the purpose of paying in advance and having a SEARS PROTECTION AGREEMENT where they're supposed to fix it when something is not working. At this point I should receive a NEW WASHER and a REFUND for my PROTECTION AGREEMENT.

Victor was kind, professional and courteous. He spoke with confidence and I felt that he advised me in a way that was considerate of my specific needs (and didn’t in any way try to oversell me on products or services I didn’t need). I would love to work with him again.

Jose showed up at my house for an appt to fix my broken washing machine. Without stepping into my house, he somehow magically determined what was wrong and stated he didn't have the parts to fix my washer. He told me he'd be back tomorrow, but instead closed the ticket as complete, sent me an invoice, and never scheduled a follow-up. I had to start the whole process to procure a technician over again, which was very frustrating, but became even more frustrating when the second technician was a no-show. I've spent hours on the phone with customer support and still don't have a working washing machine.
