Called with an issue for my fridge and came out the same day. The tech Rostislav was very professional, polite, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The cost for parts and labor didn't make sense for a repair, but Rostislav was upfront about costs and recommended a replacement.

Andrii diagnosed and fixed my Bertazzoni burner issues … an achievement some other technicians were unable to do. He did the job not only efficiently and effectively, but with a fabulously friendly and professional demeanor. I would 100% choose to contact him next time I have an appliance repair matter. My only regret is that I can’t figure a way to give him 6 Stars in this review!

Andrii was great! On time within the window provided, helpful, clean and courteous. Diagnosed and fixed the issue for our Frigidaire stove top. I'll be calling back if I have another appliance need.

I highly recommend Appliance Repair Stars! They are responsive, professional and have thorough knowledge of various appliances from low end to high end. The technicians are super friendly and gave me great tips for preserving the life of my oven and washer/dryer. They have a maintenance membership program that I know will save me a ton of money down the road and give peace of mind.

Poor service from start to finish. The technician was unable to communicate clearly about the problem or the work being performed, which made it difficult to understand the diagnosis or ask questions. The company relied on translation apps instead of sending someone who could explain the repair in real time. I was charged over $700, and the appliance still wasn’t fixed.

I ultimately had to hire another provider to resolve the issue. Customers deserve competent technicians, transparent pricing, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on all three

Contacted Paul and needed a quick Washing machine repair, they fit us in as the last appointment of the day and got it done quickly and at a reasonable price. They are a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend Paul to anyone who wants great service, timely action and a friendly smile.

Paul at Northside Appliance was polite, responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to assess what was wrong with our washer and fixed it in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price. He was also very punctual and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely use this company again with an appliance repair.

Used Northside a couple of times now and they're great! Most recently I had a clothes dryer that would not heat up. They came within a couple of days of calling and fixed the machine in under 30 minutes - replaced several parts, cleaned it up. Working like new now! Reasonable price for labor and parts -- they saved me hundreds if not a thousand dollars had I just bought a new one.

Paul provided outstanding service. Within 15 mins he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also found another problem and provided the information so that I could fix it myself and save a lot of money. Even the details for ordering the part. great, great service.

Had a great experience with Paul. He knows his stuff, great to work with. Our dryer stopped working, Paul had a good idea of what it could be over the phone. He arrived when he said he would, kept in constant communication as necessary. Will definitely call on him again if needed. Thanks Paul!

Paul and the rest of the Northside Appliance Services group was very professional and knowledgeable as they were able to completely resolve the issues with my Samsung Oven. 5/5 would use them again for any home appliance repair.

Paul and co came out to replace some parts on my dryer that were causing it to squeak. They took care of this, and I noticed the washing machine was having some issues. Paul and his team were quick to come out next day and make a quick repair so our unit is good as new!

Paul and his team were fantastic in repairing my fridge! They stopped by during after-hours, were very punctual with ordering parts, and kept me in the loop during the entire process. 10/10 would use their services again!

Paul came by to help with my dishwasher. He's extremely knowledgeable, kind, clean, and quick! Not only that, but Paul was super-communicative about my appointment, the expectations I should have, and even helped me through some self-troubleshooting ahead of the appointment! Paul helped me identify some underlying issues and where to best invest my money in resolving it. He didn't oversell useless products or fixes and instead focuses on the problem and the proper solution. Absolutely phenomenal and trustworthy guy!
