Biggest rip off I have seen in the 7 years of owning my house. In fact this is the first Google Review I have ever left. They came over to diagnose the issue which I already knew what it was. I am ok eating the initial $180 even though they came to the exact conclusion I told them it would be. Where I take great offense is trying to charge me $950 for a part that costs $600. On top of that they want $340 for labor when the install would take 30 min. I would never use this company for anything ever and stay as far away from them as possible.

Juan from Appliance Xperts is the best appliance repair technician I've ever worked with! He's always prompt, professional, and courteous. He's also extremely knowledgeable and skilled at troubleshooting and repairing all types of appliances.
Recently, my washer broke down. Juan came out to diagnose the problem. He didn't just replace the first part that seemed broken. He used time to diagnose the problem and identify the root cause methodically. This gave me confidence that the repair would be lasting. Juan then quickly identified the issue and explained it to me clearly and concisely. Once I agreed to the repair, Juan got to work right away. He was able to fix my washer quickly and efficiently. He even went above and beyond by testing the washer multiple times to make sure it was working correctly before he left.
I'm so grateful for Juan's expertise and professionalism. He's a lifesaver! I highly recommend Juan and Appliance Xperts to anyone who needs appliance repair services. I was particularly impressed with Juan's attention to detail and commitment to troubleshooting all aspects of the appliance before repairing it.

Shout out to Dino for the job at my dad's house. He fixed the Maytag washer that's almost 50 years old by replacing broken valve and valve hose. The dryer electrical cord was fixed and extension cord added.

He also replaced the dryer vent that extended 10 feet in garage. Old one was 50% blocked.

I have used this company several times and have always received good service. The techs are knowledgable, professional and friendly. The problem with this company is the people who answer the phones. After the last service call I contacted the company about an issue. I was told I would get a call back. No call back. I called the company again and I was told I would receive a call back by 11 am the next day. No call back. I called a third time and both the customer service rep and the manager were frustrating to deal with. At the manager's question/suggestion about why do I use the company if I don't like their service, I am taking his advice. I will not be using this company even though they have great techs simply because the phone reps can't be bothered to communicate with customers or follow through with what they said they would do!

Follow up: I love the techs and the work they do so I decided to try one last time. My persistance paid off! I called again after 5 pm and got a different phone rep. He listened and told me someone would call me back on a day and 2-hour window time frame we agreed on. Juan called me back during the specified time and he listened and assured me that the same tech could come out and repair the machine. Juan then spoke with the tech and verified that the repair could be done later that same day. Juan's word was like gold. The tech came and did the repair. What service! My washing machine is now working like new again.

Clyde was my tech and he is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answers any questions you have in easily understood terms and explains stuff that helps you know more about your machine and how it works. Clyde has repaired my washer twice for two unrelated issues and I KNOW if Clyde is the tech my repair will be done correctly.

This absolute gentleman even cleaned the accumulated dust behind my washer and dryer! Terrible experience! As per the website "we waive our service charge if we repair your appliance!". After the technician visit, they put in one screw to fix the microwave door. It barely took 1 or 2 minutes, yet I paid $160+ (discount 20$) + credit card charge for a 2-minute repair. The repair pricing is completely unfair.

Chris was my technician. He was friendly and went to work to find the problem. I feel he went above and beyond in the repair work he did. I would definitely call again if I need any help in the future!!!

Charged $765.00 "it did not fixs the problem. i WAS THEN TOLD BY THE SERVICE MAN TO BUY A NEW REFRIGURATOR.
I CALLED A-APPLIANCE, talked to a supervicer "Juan" he refunded the $765.00 made a simple repair and Charge $140.00 All good!!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THING ABOUT jUAN AND A-APPLIANCE EXPERTS

I would like to first start by saying my initial experience wasn’t the greatest with the first technician. However, they sent another technician out to complete my repair and I must say this guy was amazing his name is “Juan” he walked me through what caused my issues and explained in details what he needed to do to fix the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any of your home appliance repair. If you call for their service please ask for “Juan”. As a matter of fact I’m referring him to my brother for an appliance repair immediately.

Total scam behavior. Stay far away.
I had a terrible experience with this company. My Sub-Zero freezer stopped working, and they diagnosed it as a failed inverter board and control module. They quoted me $1,050 and required a $550 deposit. After replacing the inverter and the control module—neither of which fixed the issue—they charged me another $550 and then told me the compressor needed to be replaced.
At that point I contacted an authorized Sub-Zero technician, who confirmed that the parts this company installed were not needed at all. In other words, this company misdiagnosed the problem, replaced perfectly good parts, failed to repair anything, and overcharged me beyond the quoted amount.
When I asked for a refund since the issue was never fixed, they were unwilling to take responsibility.

First, let me say that I have used this company many times, But will never call them again. I called them out to my rental appartment to repair a broken washing machine, on the day they were coming out the guy was very rude about me being there to pay him but he was over an hour late. so I had to leave, My tenant was there to let him in to check the machine, he was also very rude to my tenant. after he assesed the problem, I called him to find out what the problem was and how much it would be to fix it, the man would not tell me what was wrong with the machine until I paid him for the service call. All in all , a very bad experience.

Amazing service for a low cost. Dmitrii talked me through all of my options and helped me make the most cost efficient choice. Plus he went above and beyond, making sure the door on my fridge wasn’t wobbly. I highly recommend!

Extremely poor service. The goal of this company is only to charge you a service charge and not to fix the issue. I would advise you choose another company. The technician was very late. They informed me I needed to replace the entire refrigerator and misdiagnosed the issue. I called another technician who found out what the issue and all I needed was Freon, not a whole new cooler.

Awesome service! We used them for Thermador freezer repair and for a Fishers & Paykel dishwasher. I would highly recommend! Quick, clean, knowledgeable!
