Had them come out to look and my washer that stopped working. Told me it would be $90 for the service call which would cone out of total bill if we used them the tech said we had a bad pump. The active has 2 pumps. He said it would be almost $500 depending on which pump we need. When he came back he said the original pump he said was bad,, was good but had already been thrown out. We told him to leave and bought a new washer for a little more than he would have charged to repair it. We were charged 200 as a deposit. He said we would get $110 back since they didn't fix it. Still waiting....

As a follow up I waited a week and never got a refund so called the customer service dept. I was told that the tech did request a refund but the manager denied it. I explained the situation to the rep I spoke with and said the reason we didn't get the service was because the tech told us to throw away the " bad" pump and that we weren't paying to replace a perfectly good pump for $150 in addition to the other new pump when we could buy a new washer for less. She said she would pass this along to the management. I was told refunds are done on the 15th and 30th of the month. Well, its the 17th and I got nothing. Big surprise.

I'm giving this review a three. John came out a couple of times and I struggled with our communication and he did not seem to know what to do with my Samsung refrigerator. I had to tell him to pull out the refrigerator to look at all possible issues trying to resolve what was going on. We are having a problem with our ice tray and multiple other problems in the refrigerator.
Juan came out and was very professional and knowledgeable explained all the problems that I am having with the refrigerator and why. Found out that there is a big problem with the model Samsung refrigerator that I own. He got on the phone with the Samsung and they are sending out one of their technicians not a third party to start working on these problems.

Juan was amazing at repairing my Samsung oven and I definitely recommend him and A appliance xperts , explained everything and even took the time to call Samsung which I didn’t know was a recall for the specific part. I had Juan install it after I received it and it s working perfectly. I will soon call to have my ice maker checked on my Samsung fridge

We could not be happier with our service. After calling around to about four different appliance repair shops, and getting no response, we gave them a call. We spoke to someone on Wednesday and by Friday we had someone at our house looking at our oven. He was professional, courteous and neat, and had it fixed within an hour. Could not recommend them more!

Juan was excellent! He fixed my dryer very promptly and was very professional. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced with the appliance. On time for both services and very respectful as I was working from home. Would definitely hire again!

What ever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are HORRIBLE. My mom called someone to come out and look at our fridge and a guy came out no problem. He had no problem charging my mom $200 for parts and told her that he would be back within 2-5 days to fix it with the parts. We NEVER heard back. I called the office twice as well as my mom calling them multiple times about the parts and they kept giving us the run around. Letting us know that they would have a technician call us back that day or the next. 3 weeks later and nothing. I STRONGLY do not recommend. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! *SCAMMERS*

Juan was timely, courteous and professional. He cleaned up the area behind the stove where he found some old mouse droppings and ensured I was aware of any areas that could be causing issues. Best of all, my oven is back to working perfectly.

Juan did a great job in accurately diagnosing and fixing my oven. He did the job quickly and at a fair price. Scheduling was easy. I'll be sure to use them again in the future if needed.

Our fridge broke down and our freezer stopped keeping the cool in particular. All of our food thawed out which included lot of meat. We were glad Juan came out to check out the fridge and his professionalism and knowledge was spectacular! He was able to diagnose the problem right away as a problem with the compressor. He was able to explain that the design of the French door with this model was causing it to break down as it was having to control 3 different aspects of the fridge, freezer , and ice maker in the fridge section. He was able to stay with us as we called LG to explain the fault in the engineering causing the fridge to fail and the compressor was under the warranty even though they didn't want to agree at first. Juan gave us his best opinion and was genuinely looking for the best solution for us. Would highly recommend!!

We have used this business a few times, and most recently had Juan come and repair our Gas Dryer. He was extremely professional, prompt, and helpful. The repairs were done on time and for less than originally expected, and Juan took the time to look over some of our other appliances and give us some tips to keep them running optimally. I would definitely recommend this business, and will call them again!

Having issues with my water draining, the filter is clogged. Every time they send a rep out, somehow they can diagnose in under 1 minute that the pump is bad when you can hear the pump working fine. From the phone call to schedule to the technicians I’m in shock how this company is in business. So completely unprofessional. It’s so obvious the technician wanted to go home as I was his last call of the day. I have stacked washers which take 1 minute to take down (which I offered to do it for him myself) but instead they want to give you a false diagnoses and charge you 90 dollars for the visit. They reschedule twice as well. Check out their better business bureau rating. 1.5! This company is awful, not qualified, and extremely rude. Would never ever use there services again, I would rather buy a new washer than deal with these guys.

This company provided excellent and quick service. The tech was able to resolve the issue and he continued to follow-up after the repair was completed!

Juan came in listened to my problem gave me my options and fixed the washer quickly while showing us the evidence. I now have fixed washing machine and can wash my clothes. Thanks Juan!!!!

No idea if the company can complete work tasks, but they have no flexibility as far as scheduling and accommodating a clients need. I have 100+ restaurants they could service but they wouldn't confirm a 9am appointment for me no matter how many days out I would give them. A 3 hour window was all they could promise which doesn't work sending someone into a restaurant at noon to work in the kitchen. Seems like they have no control over their workers, probably just subbing out the work and adding additional costs to the client.

Juan helped me himself with a commercial dryer repair and cleaning. Let's just say he clearly saved me from an impending disaster (fire!). In other words, priceless.

This was the best experience I've ever had paid 2 different companies they couldn't provide amazing service to me for all my appliances need. My washer is working 100% effective service to me appliance needs. My washer is working better than when i purchased my washer & dryer. The best part of the service besides the knowledge the tech Juan was the communication & issues was fast clean & professional service. Juan was amazing & now i refer all family to friends for life.
