Useless. Described the problem over the phone (Oe error on our LG washer). Waited a few days for repair guy to show up which was fine but he walked in, spent 1 minute and told us we'd need to order a new drain pump which would be 3-5 days. Did that, scheduled a new appointment to install a week later and then they cancelled that appointment. Got a new repair guy to come with the correct part in 48 hours. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Oh, and they won't refund my money for the repair part they ordered but aren't installing.
