I have used T&D for multiple projects; from a service upgrade (larger job), to a light fixture installation by Rodrigo- everyone was expert, on time, and courteous. All of T&D is totally professional; efficient, and do high quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company!

My husband and I bought a condo with electrical problems. We asked around for the best electrician in Chicago. We were given the name of this company three different times, so we called them first. They were impressive: professional, knowledgeable and easy scheduling. They worked diligently to solve a myriad of problems we had. We are happy clients.

Very skilled and professional contractors. Our home needed electric work and we knew we needed to find a quality contractor. These guys were very upfront and honest with their work. Overall they helped us with some complex electrical situation we had. Very good group of people and hardworking as well.

T & D provided a quality electrical panel upgrade with a great price. The whole process went smoothly from getting a quote, to review it, to scheduling it, to installation. Other electricians in the area were extremely overpriced and some even tried to convince me to do work without a permit or contacting ComED. T & D is most use electrical contractor in the Chicago area!

Our T&D electrician was Greg. He installed our outdoor fan and can lights on our new pergola structure. He was professional, knowledgeable and he ensured that we were happy with the placement of the fan and lights. He did a great job with the wiring and neatly attaching it to the aluminum siding of our house. The connector for the Fan’s light kit was damaged and Greg was able to come up with a fix, so we didn’t have to return the light kit for a new one, which we really appreciated. At the end of the project, he cleared the area very well which was great. We would definitely be happy to have Greg back to do electrical work for us - he was terrific!

Initial contact with T&D was responsive and flexible, giving me a comprehensive estimate with photos without forcing an initial appointment which I really appreciated. They gave me a lot of flexibility with booking as well. Technician was prompt and professional, gave his expert feedback about placement etc which was very helpful. He also problem solved with some weirdness with steel beams in my walls. Work was fast and done very well, would absolutely use T&D again.

From the administration to the electricians, I was extremely happy with the service. Jose and T.J. were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The work in our home was very complex and they took the time to hear any concerns I had and answer any questions. They were also extremely considerate to minimize any openings -- since that would mean more drywall repair. From a project planning aspect, Maeve and Simon helped organize the projects to make it most conducive for our schedule. I would definitely use them again and recommend their team!

Fantastic service. Replied back to my request very quickly (I called one other service who still has not called me back) and were very patient with my buildings approval process of electrical projects. Rodrigo came in to fix my light socket issue, and he was incredibly nice and respectful. Would for sure recommend this company.

This is the second time we used T&D and I cant say enough good things about them. The most recent time they came out, the technician found the problem within 5 minutes of starting work. (It was a bad switch) In order to make use of our time for the service call, we had the technician put some new electrical sockets around the house that we never got around to. And he was so prompt and professional, we really felt the value of his visit. Thank you T&D for being quick, prompt and thorough. We will call you again as you are our GOTO electricians for any job, small or large.

We have used T & D for two very different jobs in our older two flat. Both times I was impressed by their communication, professionalism and value. I highly recommend their services!

T&D Electrical has made four service calls - three times at my condo and once at my house. In all cases, they've provided exceptional service with reasonable pricing. An electrician named Rodrigo recently helped install several light fixtures and correct an installed ceiling fan - he was best in class. I highly recommend T&D Electrical.

Greg addressed all my concerns and needs for work to be done in my basement. Now I have all my outlets and lights in the areas I requested and he even took care of small electrical issues I had in the back of my mind at the last minute that I didn't have on my original electrical work plan. T&D's work, communication and professionalism totally holds up to the many high reviews they've gotten here and on Yelp. It's why I chose them in the first place, and I wasn't disappointed. They assembled and installed a chandelier into our living room. I was previously told that space had 'old mounts' and it would be difficult to install anything, but these guys (Rodrigo and Keith) handled it easily. They were courteous, respectful, efficient and polite. Really went over the top in terms of service. Very pleased. The office communication was also incredibly thorough and timely. We will absolutely use them in the future for more electrical work.

I used T&D for installation of a space heater for my garage. The electrician was super professional, friendly, and was even able to make gentle recommendations related to the placement. The service from the office staff was quick, easy, responsive, and overall pleasant (esp with me, given my lack of understanding of anything electrical). Overall, i recommend fully.

Hired them to understand a light that was flickering, they told me the light fixture was faulty and left. I later hired a handyman to install a new light fixture , turns out the wires cup just needed to be tightened. Something that T&D failed to identify.

We had T&D out for an upgrade to our electrical in our kitchen to install a two new dedicated circuits with two new breakers due to lights flickering every time we use our major appliances (air fryer, microwave). It was a smooth process start to finish: great communication, free quote before work was done, easy to schedule the service for a time that worked for us, and very quick installation. Our final bill was actually under the quote, which is amazing! The only reason for 4 stars is that our microwave was left plugged in during the work, and after the technicians left, we discovered that the microwave was no longer working...since it was a rangetop microwave, it was expensive to replace ($500). We outreached to T&D about it and they said the microwave wasn't working before they got there, which was not true. We're a little frustrated that we had the unexpected expense of replacing our microwave, and wish that T&D would have been a bit more helpful around a possible mistake. I would recommend T&D for good service and great work, just be careful to unplug all your major appliances or devices before work is done so that nothing blows out (a lesson that I will not forget!).

We contacted several electrical contractors for a major project to upgrade our electrical service including T&D Electrical. Marcus and his team were extremely professional and gave us a competitive autor for our project. We are really happy that we went with them for the project. They did a great job communicating what to expect and explaining throughout the project. It all went smoothly and we were really happy with the work. We will absolutely be calling them again for any other projects we have and would highly recommend them!
