Excellent, reliable, honest and not pushy services. Tony was super nice, respectful, efficient and he explained everything to us. And most important, he did exactly what we needed. We will definitely use Arnold Electric again in the future!

Update:
They came back to install the new bathroom exhaust fan, and while the job was done, a few details were missed and I only learned of it when I had a home renovation contractor come and make some drywall repairs.
1. There was quite a bit of extra drywall removed, which I was advised could happen, but the contractor was shocked how jagged and irregular the cuts were.
2. The connection from the fan to the hose was not properly taped, which resulted in extra air leaking back through.
3. I was also told that it wasn't necessary to seal up the extra gap between the fan unit and the drywall (even though I had read that it should be).
At the end, the contractor removed the unit, retaped the connection to the hose, sealed the gaps, and patched up the drywall.
Overall, I think this company is great with electrical work, but anything more that involves installation/construction is probably better left with a contractor.

First visit:
One of their employees came to install a new bathroom exhaust fan, timer switch and a surge protector in the electrical panel (to be compliant with new regulations). He was super helpful and took the time to help me consider alternate options for the new bathroom exhaust fan given how much larger the new one was. With his advice, we came up with a different option that will minimize impact to drywall. He expertly installed the timer switches and surge protector.

Albert did a great job. From arriving on time to explaining all of the work he did and Arnold’s warranty and service plan. I am completely satisfied and confident that all of the work was done to the highest professional standards. Albert is an excellent electrician.

We had a wonderful experience with Arnold Electric! Jon initially came out for a quote and did a thorough inspection of our entire house. He was very communicative and patient as we revised our proposal a handful of times.

Jeff and Bryan completed the job a week later and were extremely thorough, professional and friendly! They arrived right on time, ready to work on a long list of projects for us as they installed two outlets behind our TVs, replaced a light switch, assembled three chandeliers, a fan and upgraded part of our main breaker….all while finishing the work two hours ahead of schedule.

We absolutely recommend Arnold Electric and their team for any electrical work you need. We will definitely be using them again!

When I had to get a new electrical panel and get the house grounded, I'm glad Arnold Electrical Services was the company I chose for the job. Yaro installed the new electrical panel. When he completed the installation, Yaro, Joe and Carlos proceeded to ground the house. They even labeled the new electrical panel!

They were all very professional and very respectful of my living space. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. Great Job! Five Stars!

I had 2 Tesla EV Charging Stations installed in my garage and am very happy with the finished result. The electricians Albert and Bryan were very professional, friendly, and did quick, quality work and kept me informed on what they were doing. John in sales was also great and answered my questions with knowledge and patience.

Tony was great! He removed 2 old bathroom light fixtures and installed 2 new fixtures. From his house inspection it was determined that a breaker switch should be replaced because it could have affected the outside A/C compressor. I give Arnold Electric on a scale of 1 through 10 a definite 10!

We had Tony from Arnold Electric come out and help us install the knob on our condos common area stair case baseboard heater. Tony texted asking if he could come earlier ( of course) and promptly got right to Buisness. Now we have a working heater so the stairs won't be freezing! Arnold electric definitely isn't the cheapest option around but they do a really great job. They're prompt with texts and updates quotes are easy to understand and you get on the schedule quickly to get work done. I would highly recommend their services

I hired Arnold Electrical Services to install two exterior lights on my property, one front, one back. Their team was a pleasure to work with, from John in sales, to the office staff, to Dan the technician (who was very respectful of my property) I would recommend utilizing their services for any home owner who wishes to ensure quality services and craftsmanship are a part of their job.

Arnold is not the least expensive option, but this is an instance where the customer service and support justifies the price. I will be using their services again when electrical upgrades are required.

Sam was great. On time, professional, and did quality work. In a very short period of time, he replaced an outlet, installed a new outlet in a reading nook, and replaced a fan with a new light fixture. Always love our interactions with the people over at Arnold Electric.

Work has included lighting installation and repair, ceiling fan installation, switch and outlet replacement, surge protector installation.

Smooth process start to finish. It was easy to schedule the diagnostic and repair visits, staff were responsive and accommodating, technicians were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Albert was professional, did a thorough job swapping a converter and checking switches for a track light system.

I am extremely impressed with Arnold Electric. They will be our go-to from now on.

We were planning on selling our 20 year old home. I heard a commercial on a Chicago radio station announcing a deal that sounded too good to be true. I scheduled a quote for a few things I wanted done. It’s hard to find dependable people these days. I was so impressed by Arnold Electric. They give you a date and time frame. They send you a reminder. They call and text to communicate with you the day before and when they are on their way. They also send you a picture of who will arrive at your door once they are on the way. They do a thorough inspection and give you a paper to choose the work you want completed. They also offer a lifetime plan where you get a discount the day of service and for any future repairs you get completed. I think I love Our home again.

Yesterday morning I heard buzzing coming from my electrical panel. I googled what this means and found out it was something I needed to look into immediately. I called around looking for someone to come out to take a look and Arnold's Electrical Services where the most prompt in responding. I can't say enough about my positive experience. I was notified when Dan was arriving (with a picture for verification and he arrived on time), he explained everything thoroughly to me after he had checked the panel out, gave me options, which he also explained thoroughly, and completed everything in one day. Dan definitely deserves 5 stars. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of electrical services.

As always, we had a wonderful experience with Arnold Electric. We called and left a message Saturday evening for a (non-emergency) broken light switch and a request to put our microwave’s plug on its own circuit. They called back Monday first thing and were able to come out today, Tuesday! Sam did the work and was courteous, professional, open about everything, including costs, and was also able to put in a surge protector on our electrical box, which I was thrilled with. He was fantastic to work with, as was the company! We are repeat customers, and will continue to be!

Brady offered several options in the free quote and was considerate with my rationale without pushy sales tactics. Handover to the installation with Joe was almost seamless (thanks, Tim). For my project it took 5 hours of work with minimal supervision and guidance. Just watch out for any metal pieces left behind in the work area. My entire project was completed from start to finish in 10 days. I would go back to them for my other home electrical needs. Thank you!
