John came out to assess my project (panel & service upgrades); he was on time, great to work with, and gave me a quote on the spot. At the scheduled time the crew (Mike, Fernando, & Carlos) came to my house & completed the work in the time they said they would. All my interactions were professional, positive, & courteous. I highly recommend Arnold for your electrical projects.

We had a great experience having Arnold replacing all the cloth wiring in our house. They worked very quickly, were careful to not make a mess and were respectful of our house. Albert, Carlos, Adnan, Mike and Dan were sure to communicate with us what was going on and ask us questions about how we wanted certain things. They did minimal cuts into the walls of our living spaces as well. Derek was super helpful as well in helping us understand what to expect and outlining what work was going to be done. The only issue we had with Arnold was attempting to pay the deposit as it was difficult to work with Tim. There were multiple days of issues in communication that ended up with me coming up with a solution to the problem. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

Arnold has done our home rewiring, outlet upgrades indoor and outdoor including adding new outlets. Electrical appliance installation, switched and added new lights, and fans. Upgraded house panel from 100amp to 200amp. Ran piping to a new garage build installing all electrical lights, outlets, a 100amp panel, made the garage EV ready along with hooking up the electrical for a hot tub.

Every employee from front desk to electrician and inbetween are awesome.

I had a great experience with Arnold Electric. In fact, my electrician Tony JUST left and I had to rave about the process.

Tony was super friendly, expertly knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The visit today included an estimate on my original issue, plus a total inspection. The estimate was presented almost like a menu, where I could pick and choose what to fix or prioritize.

I’m keeping Tony’s card in my wallet for all future electrical needs. Great experience. 5 stars.

Albert neatly installed a sub-panel when we realized the one in our new home was double-tapped. Super happy with the service. Team was easy to work with, great at explaining everything, and easy to schedule.

Jon was great at explaining what the team could do for us, and Carlos and Fernando followed through with flying colors! We need two dedicated outlets in the garage and multiple bathroom fans replaced. The work was completed with no drywall damage (awesome!), and they were able to set up the functions of the bathroom fans on separate switches. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: Needed to move our garage outlet. Albert was able to add a new outlet by branching off of the existing one. Finished in under an hour. Great work!

I needed an updated outlet for an electric range for my home and Tony Wilburn came out to do an assessment and estimate. I would highly recommend. He was on time, professional, and efficient. It’s a small thing but I also really appreciate how he had shoe covers on. The overall process took about 90 minutes for a 2 flat apartment (2 units). I appreciate Tony’s transparency, ability to explain what’s going on, and friendly attitude. They also gave a few options based on my priority of things to get done. It didn’t feel like he was trying to gouge me or upsell problems, which I appreciate.

I also like how Arnold’s is overall pretty tech friendly in terms of communication and scheduling. I had trouble trying to figure out how to reschedule and needed to call, but not too bad. They had an AI scheduler/customer service that was honestly a bit hard to work with for rescheduling but pretty cool to see it implemented. I had to call a few times to speak with a person to reschedule/cancel an appointment time.

Albert came out to do the electric updates as part of our laundry room remodel project and was great help! He was tidy and quick about the business and provided useful advice about the placement of the new light and the new sockets as well as some general education around electric work, overall great experience!

I had a great experience with Arnold Electrical Services, and want to give a special shout-out to Albert Luces for his outstanding work. He rewired a switch box and a center fan box, ran new switch legs up to the fan, and connected everything seamlessly to the existing stack switch. He also closed off an older wall outlet. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were top-notch.

Albert was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and made some excellent suggestions for future electrical upgrades. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right.

Today Dan came to my home to swap out an old ceiling fan for my new fan. He explained what the work was going to involve, worked up my estimate and asked if I wanted to keep the old fan. The job didn't take long and when he told me the job was done he explained how the remote worked---on/off, reverse etc. Dan had everything cleaned up in his work area. I've used Arnold for quite a few years. All of their electricians are very considerate of the areas they are working in. Highly recommend Arnold---they don't care if the job is big or small. Great service always.

I'm really happy with the work provided by Arnold Electric! From the initial evaluation by Jon to the work completed by Dan and Carlos, everyone was very professional and friendly. They explained everything and answered all my questions. And even when they ran into an issue with my crawlspace access, Dan quickly and calmly figured out a sensible solution, explained it to me, and proceeded smoothly. I would definitely call them again.

Shocking how well put together this company is. They have a system and it flat out works. Rewired my mother's house from 1952. New panel, cloth wire removal etc.. 4 guys, 1 day, 7am to 3pm. I spent 6 months with 6 different electricians, 99% of them want to do simple jobs like some outlets, ceiling fan etc. Not Arnold, they came in and knocked it out, without issue.

Easy to schedule via phonecall and received several options for times to complete the work. Tony gave a thorough explanation of what happened and why when doing my repair, and also an appropriate amount of info on what else was found in the inspection where it didnt feel like an upsell but actually just explaining. Appreciated his knowledge and the work was quick and professional

We had our main panel upgraded to 200 AMPs, had a 240 volt receptacle installed, a 120 volt receptacle for a refrigerator and receptacles for our washer and gas dryer. Jeff, Dan and Carlos were the electricians that completed all of the work. Upon their arrival the process was fully explained to us. The work was completed in a professional and efficient manner. As a team they worked well together and thoroughly answered all our questions. Once the work was completed they gave us a walk thru, explaining what was done.
