Great company to for your outdoor needs. They offer so many services. We mainly use them for snow removal but we often hire them for jobs around our home and I must say they do great work. Mary is very polite and attentive to us and has been consistent on being clear on any question we may have. Good workmanship, good attitude and great customer service which is hard to come by nowadays. Will recommend these guys for all my needs dealing with outside or home repairs.

Best landscapers in the city. They are always keeping my lawn freshly cut and my lawn never look so gorgeous. Wonderful staff and great prices.

I am a first time home buyer and finally have a beautiful yard but needed help. I went to the garden department and your employee Mario was outstanding! He helped me pick perennials and bushes so I will have something in bloom from early spring to late fall. I am so grateful you have employees like this that are so knowledgeable and can help people like me. Thank you HOME DEPOT AND MOST OF ALL THANK YOU MARIO!!!

I only like to visit the Garden Center at Home Depot at the McCormick and Lincoln location because of the customer service , Chris is always there to greet you and always a willing to help. She kind and patient and will look up items , make any calls to find items, just a great person who takes pride in her job! Old school customer service, you can find today, thank Chris, I appreciate you!

My first time coming into this very isolated location, I took my time reviewing inventory on a very specific item. This item caught my eye on the app. I eagerly looked for my favorites and made my way to the cashier line, where Michelle and another team member who negated me to step out of line if I was not ready to pay. I quickly looked behind me and asked if they would please review the prices on the items since I saw a different price on the app.
But they refused to verify the price and proceeded to ask if I had taken a picture of the isle and item I was referring to. I explained that I didn't know I had to do that in order for them to verify a price. They called someone else and still redirected me to the side so they could continue to check NOONE in line. A young member who actually took the time to ask me about the items I was waiting on came out and explained that they could not find any other item, so he asked if I could show him. At this point, there was no problem with me showing him, as the store was empty. I quickly walked to the section to point out to him what items I was inquiring about. He proceeded to explain the type of "bulk sale" they were able to enforce. All I answered to that was, " Thank you, that was all i was trying to ask the cashier."
Overall, I believe these two girls panicked at the fact that I asked a Consumer related question. To which they had no answer to, and therefore disregarded my business. As I returned to pay, they were not willing to assist me and quickly sent me to another cashier.
Vanessa was extremely cordial and professional. She rang me up, and I was on my way.
If you don't take a picture of the item you have a question about, they will not bother assisting you. Consumer be ware ⭐️

First of all every time I come here something is not working. The elevators hardly ever work, and when they do, they make the loudest noise ever and shake a little here and there. Sometimes, the escalators work most times they don't. And this Home Depot is rather on the dirty side. I would rather drive all the way across town and go to the Home Depot on North Avenue.

Getting a live Christmas tree at the south loop Home Depot exceeded my wildest expectations. Prices felt fair. There was a great selection. And the customer service went above and beyond in a way I haven’t experienced since 2011. The guys who cut the trunk and net the tree were so kind and asked helpful questions. But the real star of the show was the gentleman who loaded the tree on top of our car. He walked it to the car, carefully securing the tree while talking to us about our holiday plans. Of course the tree stayed secure the whole car ride home. This guy is clearly an expert. But the kindness and conversation made me feel like I was in a hallmark movie. Best part? We were in and out in 30 minutes. Shout out to the Christmas tree team, you all deserve a holiday bonus.

Plows kings are amazing !!! We got 4 quotes for a landscaping job and not only did they beat the others but they did everything so beautifully! Highly recommend!

Over the years we had many companies taking care of our lawn and many trees, but Greener Living is by far the best of all of them.It is not just the fact that our lawn and trees look great ( and that was not the case with previous companies) but their customer service is also outstanding! Thank you guys, we really appreciate your hard work and great ethics:)

I have had Greener living lawn service for the last three years and my lawn has never looked better. The crab grass, clover and weeds have disappeared, leaving a thick beautiful lawn that I am proud of.

Full 2021 service did little to nothing to control the weeds so I cancelled my service at the end of the season. Spring 2022 they showed up to do some treatment while I was at work and billed me. I called to reiterate that I had no interest in continuing their services and was told the bill would be voided. Weeks later I received a second bill for the same appointment. Again I called and was assured I did not owe anything and they would take care of the "glitch". One month later and I just received a third notice for this bill!!!

I can't say enough how happy I am with the services from Greener Living. My lawn has never looked so good. The improvement was much faster then I even expected. It's great to see a company that takes pride in their their services and results.

Save the aggravation and hire a different company. The communication from this company is so poor. They had multiple techs come out the same week to apply fertilizer. Then I received an email that my service was cancelled. Now multiple people are calling me because apparently no one talks to each other. Seems poorly organized/managed.

I prepaid for 6 treatments this summer starting in March 2020. All treatments are fertilizer and weed control efforts. Service was performed in late March, but the April service was never done. I had to call to inquire when it would be completed and eventually they came out in the first week in May. It's important that these treatments be performed on a timely basis as they are proactive and preventative lawn care measures and when a treatment is missed, it defeats the purpose and/or minimizes the value. When I called, I was never told how they would "make up" the missed treatment or that I would be credited for this error. Despite this error, so far I like the result I'm seeing from the treatment. Far less weeds came up this year relative to last. Grass is looking very green and mostly healthy.

Have had a series of of treatments where my landscaping has been damaged, I have spoken the technicians on site, they photographed the damage, relayed to "management" and no follow up. I have to call in myself and then be treated terribly blow different levels of management. All the damage is 100% not their responsibility and they have every excuse and reason in the world claiming as such (reflect of the grill, it is not w fungus, we do not use pesticides that can damage trees, not overspray possible). They come out with no notice, just show up and do not live any report of service and receipt (they used to). Proceed with caution as they will just claim aliens next.

I use to go to Tru Green for my lawn and decided to stop 2 years ago and try a new company, Greener Living. Best Choice, they actually do care about your lawn and trees. My lawn and I truly recommend Greener Living. Brian, the owner, knows his job well and it shows.
