I was thoroughly let down by Besco's service. When they came to do routine maintenance on my furnace, they didn't get it right - they left the panel off, rendering it useless again. I asked them to check the water heater, which had been giving inconsistent performance, but they claimed it was fixed and went back out of there. Two days before Thanksgiving, they returned, but instead of fixing the water heater, they broke it completely and just walked away. As a result, I didn't have hot water for the holiday. It's unacceptable that they wouldn't even try to get things right at this point. In contrast, another company I called was able to fix the issue - it's clear Besco couldn't be bothered with doing their job properly.
