On Monday 8/11/25, I hired a handyman to fix a few things such as change a bathroom vanity fixture, tighten my loose shower handle and to stop my toilet from constantly cycling. This was a complete disaster. The handyman busted a valve, did not fix the toilet and caused a leak in the vanity which delayed our cabinet painting project. I found Vander Bosch Plumbing and I was obviously anxious and on edge considering the handyman experience. Vander Bosch was immediately accommodating and had someone come out first thing next morning. Wilfredo was my plumber and seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He looked at everything and assured me they were repairable. A few hours go by and Wilfredo was still hard at work and 100% determined to repair the handyman’s damages. A short appointment turned into an all day appointment but this really shows Vander Bosch Plumbing strives for customer service, they don’t rush over to the next job until the customer is completely satisfied at the current job and more importantly, Wilfredo treated the bathroom job as if it were his own home. Amazing 5 star experience and I now have a new go-to plumbing company I will happily recommend. Thank you Wilfredo!

I recommend VanDerBosch Plumbing. Two other plumbing companies did not want to tackle the plumbing work in a 1960's high-rise; the piping is still galvanized and not copper. George from VDB--knowledgeable, courteous, professional-- kept working until a solution was found for the seemingly mysterious clogged drains in one of the bathrooms. Glad I asked VDB to take a look!

Andrew, the VdB technician we know from several heating and plumbing-related visits, has always been punctual, knowledgeable, articulate, friendly, efficient and forthcoming. Expert work inspires confidence and trust in the technician and the company.
Aside from the work, the interface between revamped company website and customer portals needs to be smoothed out.

They were able to get here the next day, even during the big freeze. They had all the parts needed to fix the problem while they were here. They're now my go-to plumber.

I had new floors installed in my vintage condo. Others suggested that I cut the feet off four beautifully restored radiators in order to make them operable at a new height. But VanderBosch was able to provide and execute a strategy for extending the valves instead. They are valued experts for any vintage building!

The work the was done in our kitchen was excellent. Vanderbosch Plumbing came in on short notice and completed the project in a few hours. George Markropoulos (sp) was excellent and did a beautiful job.

I had two different companies visits before I had Van DER Bosch. I must say this is a Fair Price, great work, and fast at reaction.

I had a shower facet leaking and water was required to be shut off in the building.

I do not or rarely do any reviews but I am very very happy and must provide a recommendation.

Our shower needed repair and George came and identified the issue and provided a quote. He came back the next day and everything was fixed quickly and the bathroom looked great. Highly recommend! Thanks George!!!

Amazing service! Called w/ an emergency issue. Monica w/ vanDerBosch plumbing rearranged an existing appointment to squeeze me in and the plumber was at my door within 2 hours of the original call. Resolved the issue for a very modest cost. I definitely recommend vanDerBosch plumbing!

VanDerBosch plumbing exceeded my expectations. The
plumber arrived on schedule and completed the planned
tasks with no wasted time. I was particularly impressed
with the creative way he un-stopped the sink and grease trap.
No one had had been as thorough and succesful in past
years. I will use their services in the future.

Our water heater stopped working in the middle of November and we were in a tough spot. I called VanderBosch and they were here the next morning to do a consult, which resulted in a full replacement. They knocked this out quickly, took some extra steps to prevent some issues, and were extremely courteous and thorough through the whole process. George, our technician, did everything we needed and more - replaced piping, added some lines to prevent condensation build up, and replaced valves that desperately needed it. All within 24 hours. Couldn't recommend this company more!

We woke up to find the tube under our kitchen sink had burst overnight and flooded the floor. I called VanDerBosch Plumbing first thing in the morning, and they had a technician at our house before noon. Both employees I spoke with were friendly, thorough, and great communicators.
