Wasn't able to use their service do to a communication issue on my own end, but Mr. Pittman came to my home regardless to give me his card and offer future services. Very polite and professional. Will definitely use in the future if needed.

Used them for many years. Ernest and the others are always professional. They are very knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable. Diagnosis the problem quick. Gets the job done. Does very good work, takes pride in the job, and cleans up after the work.

My tub water has not been able to go down for 3 days. I called Pittman plumbing and they were able to get me out a technician the same day! He was very professional and prompt. He also wore gloves and a mask during this time to protect everybody which was also great. I have also used them in the past to set up my laundry units in the basement. We got compliments from other contractors on a how well of a job they did. I will absolutely use them again!

I used this company to service my rental property. They came right out to check out the issue and was ready to repair. That was fine. It seem like when I expressed that I had a warranty that I would be using to pay for the service, things got weird. I asked for something in writing to submit to my warranty company, they said they would send it. 3 days passed and I never got it. I had the tenant call to check the status and they told her they were waiting on me to approve which was false. Anyway, I finally got the document and the amount seemed to increase from what originally stated. I feel like they were tryna max out the warranty and that’s to much like wrong to me. I asked about it and I got blamed for the whole thing. The communication was horrible. I can admit to something’s but not this solely being my mistake. I don’t let people tell me anything or walk all over me. Gave me a bad vibe. This is a review of my experience.

Amazing work!! Fairly priced service charge, and Mr Pittman and his crew were professional, quick with installation of my water heater, and so friendly! 10/10 would come back with any future issues I may have, and would highly recommend to everyone.

We had reached out to many different plumbers to help us with the leak in our shower. But they were all no shows or never returned a call.
These guys were professional & responded quickly. They fixed the problem the same day. Based on our experience, we would recommend them.

Fast quotes. Great workers. Clean jobs. Fair prices. Called them on a Friday and that same day they went to my house and quoted me. Monday they went in to do the job. Also told me that I have other problems with the back sewers. Asked them to give me a for that quote right away they did. So yeah I am calling them again. Recommend them 100 percent. Keep up the great customer service and great work.

These guys are awesome. I called and they were able to diagnose my problem over the phone. They arrived within an hour of my first call. Im really satisfied with the work they did. But the 5 star review is for the kindness and decency they showed my family and me. 100% recommend them and I will for sure be calling them in the future.
