Highly disappointed in the customer service of this transaction. The day of service I received a text at 9:30 (within my 8-10 window) that the tech was on their way. At 10:30 I called and they did not know where the tech even was. He showed up at 11. I talked to the manager briefly and he said he would call me back later in the day when he found out what was going on. I never received a call back. I have since spoken to the company again asking for a call from the manager and never received one.

The water heater quote and installation were fine. Customer service… not so much.

I do not recommend this company. They did a bait and switch. In 2018 I had them install a "new" heating and cooling system. The furnace was from 2012.
I recently found this out from another professional company. I now have to get a new furnace. Complete scam. Extremely disappointed.

Jose was wonderful. Very good at his job. Didn't have the right part with him so he ordered it and came back and finished up getting our heat back on.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink draining. I called Service Now and they were able to come out the same day. Our service technician was Ryan, he was very knowledgeable, polite and got to work. I was so grateful. He even asked if there was anything else that needed to be looked at. Thank you for such great service. I will definitely call again if needed.

Stella notified me that she was en route and arrived on time. She answered all my questions. She checked the furnace and installed a new capacitor immediately. She checked the A/C and recommended that I replace its capacitor in early spring. In addition, she recommended getting a quote to replace rusting elbow joints in the duct work to prevent carbon monoxide leaks in the future. She also gave me welcome and sound advice on the possibility of a thermostat upgrade. Stella exemplifies the skill, professionalism and expertise of the Service Now techs I have known and respected for years.

I worked with Andy S. to plumb in a water softener. The job required a lot of piping to put it in my preferred location. Andy was very easy to work with. SNHS maintained the competitively quoted price. Overall positive experience.

Anthony is very helpful and scheduling is easy. I never feel like they’re trying to sell me something I don’t need but give me good tips and tricks to make things last longer.

They are by far the best at all they do; the owner actually came to my house to explain their recommendation to replace my furnace with a new one. The sense that he's a family man business owner just bonded my trust along with his casual yet professional demeanor.
I am very pleased with my new furnace, and I can genuinely highly recommend Service Now. I will never even call another company for any of the many services they provide.

First appointment was cancelled due to someone calling in sick. Second appt plumber quoted the job but had no supplies. After being gone 2 1/2 hrs he returned but had to come back the next day to complete. The work was quality but terms were not clear. Not sure if price was reasonable or not.

Chris / service now did a great job getting my spa up and running. Chris made more progress in 1 trip than multiple other people / companies across multiple trips. Helped me understand my system, plumbing and electrical. Thanks!

The tech, Anthony was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem accurately, installed through new part and cleaned my gas heater for me. After being told my current company would not work on my gas heater, it was so nice to find Service Now who said "yes"!

During very cold weather in January 2026 our furnace went out.I called Services Now.A tech came out,took a picture of inside of unit that showed a large Crack in the heat exchanger.He charged us 99.00 and said he would get a salesman out later that day so we could choose a furnace.Never heard from them again.It has been 7 days and nothing but emails asking for a review.I can't say anything good because nothing happened.If they couldn't help us why not say so in order for us to find someone else.We are seniors in poor health.Our heat has been a fireplace that heats the living room.We have a small space heater for the bathroom.Im glad our power hasn't gone out.These guys have good reviews so we wonder what happened here.We had someone else look at it yesterday and they couldn't find a crack.Service Now said they would have to install a new roof jack.The other tech said it didn't need to be replaced.

The service man Andy they sent out was very professional and so polite explained exactly what he would be doing. Highly recommend this company. Came out on a Sunday for a emergency situation.

Jose called before arriving, got here exactly at 8am, as promised, and did a thorough job on checking and conditioning my furnace. Jose was friendly and professional, and I would recommend him and Service Now to anyone who would benefit from your services! I’d give TEN stars out of five!

Great service! I was able to request service online and had an appointment date/time for the next day. My issue was pipe corrosion in the basement. My service tech Nate was so nice and explained everything so that I understood how serious the issue was. He grabbed his supplies and then he was able to cut out the bad pipe and replace it all within 30 minutes! I couldn’t believe it. I have used ServiceNow in the past and they continue to be consistent, thorough and professional each time. It’s always very annoying when something goes wrong in my home, but I love that they come out to the house quickly to help me repair things!

I called because my furnace was making a strange noise. My entire experience was top-notch from the excellent customer service on the phone setting up the appointment to the technician’s call letting me know he was on his way, to the friendliness and professionalism of the technician. Everything was explained to me clearly, and it was about as good as an experience as a problem with your furnace can be.

I called for a shower faucet that broke and I could not turn the water off. After I turned the water off to the house, I called them at 3:05. Ryan came out, assessed, went and got the part, returned, and fixed it all by 4:35. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

Ian came out to do a normal maintenance and cleaning of my furnace. He was very nice, thorough and informative on what he was doing. He checked out my entire system that is 12 years old to make sure it will last several more years. He explained every step of the way. I was very thankful and know my furance should be good for awhile.

Scheduled a HVAC service through their website this morning at 6 am, they gave me lots of booking times as options and they sent me a picture of the service guy as well as a text notification and call before they came that same day. I was pleasantly surprised they were so accommodating on thanksgiving!! Thank you to the company and thank you to Anthony for his time and thorough follow through! Efficient and professional!

We've been loyal ServiceNow customers for several years, all their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional but one that stands out is Anthony. We make sure to request he is sent to us for HVAC maintenance service. Keep up the good work.
