Always professional, fairly quick with getting someone out to check out the furnace or A/C unit. A little bit expensive but not to overpriced.

Representative was courteous and did his work quickly and efficiently and collected payment , then left.

Took two tries to get somebody to come out. First time someone had a family emergency. Clean the furnace gave us a bunch of recommendations but nothing was repaired.

I needed a pilot light for my furnace and I went to Menards I went to another store and I was told to go here they were so pleasant. Very warm family like and they were able to her provide me with my part for my furnace

Totally rip off. I told them, what need to be done still they came to check out on first day and charged me $200 for labor and cake and fix it next day and charge me another $165. I called to complain and answer I got is mechanic need that much time to figure out. Seriously ? Totally ripped off. No more business and won’t recommend it to anyone.

DeKalb Mechanical went above and beyond to correct an issue from the original installer of a chimney cap on a home we bought. We now have a stainless steal cap that fits properly and will not leak like the previous one. On top of that, the Rep (Scott Johnson) pointed out a potential issue with the shingles on our roof which was far outside of Dekalb Mechanical’s responsibly. I have worked with other HVAC contractors locally and was told that anything outside of correcting the issue they were called for was not their problem “due to liability”. Superior quality chimney cap and again they went above and beyond! Glad to work with a reputable company.

We went through 2 estimates and 2 no shows before we found the Dekalb Mechanical team. Scott Johnson, the Senior Director, is very thorough, professional and personable, all in one. Expressing his utmost concern to our health and well-being. We own a 150 year old farmhouse that needed a lot of air quality improvement and the DM team delivered, quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend if your looking for quality service.. The team members are also, thorough, professional and personable.. Great experience.. Dekalb Mechanical is our Heating/Air Conditioning/ breathable air team for life..

Very happy with the AC unit they installed. Unlike other HVAC contractors in the area, Scott worked with me and was willing to listen to my comments and suggestions. It took a while to get the exact Heil unit I wanted and the install wenr well. Budget-willing, I'll be looking to them to replace my second AC unit next year.

Dekalb Mechanical updated our entire system in our home. Now it's running as quiet and efficient as ever. Installers were courteous, quick and made sure to explain the new setup before they left. No traces that they were even in my home besides the new furnace.
