Discovered a leak under kitchen sink on Sat pm. Called Service Now as you offer urgent repair. After speaking with rep, scheduled an appt between 8-10 on Mon. At 10:45, I called to check in--no appt on books. Scheduler offered a new appt 11-1. Called back at 1:30, plumber delayed. It happens but contact with the customer would have been appreciated as our first appt wasn't scheduled. Ryan was very nice and respectful. We felt bad he had to leave to retrieve parts twice for some distance. More questions up front from the scheduler might have helped , i.e. we had chrome pipes, not PVC. Overall, he did a good job, our sink is fixed and the price was acceptable.

When your heat goes out while sleeping and you wake to 53 degree home, and it's 6 degrees outside YIKES! I called all over for help. Anthony came same day, got us up and running again. Very professional, personable and damn fast! So appreciative of them in this time of urgent need. Definitely signed up for the annual clean check for both furnace and AC. I highly recommend Service Now!

Our pipes had frozen due to the cold weather! we had called several places on a Saturday, finally found one and they said they would come. Did not hear from them and no one showed up, but then I called ServiceNow on a Sunday and they came that night to help us out! Ryan was our technician and he was super helpful and patient with us not really knowing much about anything in our apartment! He took his time figuring out the problem and we had running water again! Super helpful , nice guy! Would recommend these guys any day of the week!

Service now is my go to for hvac and plumbing. Scheduling with them is a breeze and everyone who has come out to my home has been knowledgeable and friendly. They also have experience with older homes and issues that come from older pipes and hvac. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an honest company to service your home.

We appreciate the timely effort in coming to my residence to evaluate our furnace issues that we unfortunately had over the weekend. They were very clear in explaining what the issues were and the options for us. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace because of this issue and the age of the unit. They took their time in removing the old unit and installing the new furnace in the same day. They also replaced our AC unit at the same time. Both were removed and installed in less than 5 hours. We appreciate the effort they made to get this project done so promptly. We strongly recommend them for your next project.

My experience with American Trenchless was very good. They did exactly what they said they would do. Their team that was directed by Iverson was easy to talk to, kept me informed from start to finish, and cleaned up beautifully. We would highly recommend American Trenchless team for this work.
Unfortunately, Jan in the office told us there is not a way to separate our reviews. A couple of days later we had a poor experience with a different side of this business.
I scheduled a Plumber from the Service Now Home Services side of the business to give me an estimate to replace my main water valve and 2 other valves above it. His first estimate was over $2000, I thought that was too much so we settled on just replacing the main valve. I had sent him pictures of my old valve earlier in the week so he could have what was needed when he came.
After disassembling my old valve he was not familiar with the fitting (SAE flare) and went to Home Depot and Menards, returning around 7:00 p.m. with no fitting and wanting to cut off and replace what was there with something else. I told him to put it back the way it was because when asked if he was 100% sure he could fix it, he said he was not.
I called the office the next day , and told them what happened and that I was not confident Ryan could fix it, no need to schedule him back and cancel my estimate. A couple of days later they sent me an invoice for $99.00 for Ryan turning off the water at the street. I called their office and mentioned that I didn't think this was fair due to the plumber not being prepared, not having the right skills, and the estimate being too costly. I mentioned that if I have to pay the $99 I would include my experience in this review.
We hired a different plumbing group, two knowledgeable plumbers fixed all 3 valves in 1.5 hours for 1/4 of this companies estimated price.

This company? Absolutely amazing. We had and emergency today with our bathroom. Toilet backed up and tub did also. 3 hours of trying to clear it, i couldnt. Even my snake didn't work. Ryan came out in a few course. Showed us the camera inside our pipes. Explained in detail where our issue was with the blockage from tree roots. He cut them out and problem resolved. Extremely professional and police. This man deserves a raise. I will DEFINITELY use them again. I see exactly why they are highly rated and recommended. I was searching for someone fast. They were the first pop up. So glad I called them. This was what was in our pipes. Ryan get it cut out pretty fast. Yes those are tree roots, not a dead animal lol But ive never dealt with a home repair company that was so polite. Yes it as a pricey repair, but the quality of work and politeness and how well he cleaned up our bathroomwhen finished, make it work every penny. Thank you again and please give him a raise.
