Have been a customer of Dekalb Mechanical for 21 years, for services ranging from HVAC repair & maintenance, A/C purchase & installation, duct & vent cleaning. Technicians and office personnel are always caring and helpful, prompt and professional. They are simply the best, most reliable service organization we've ever done business with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Came quick and got our AC back up and running in 15 mins. Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. This place was recommended by 2 other neighbors which is why we called them first.

Scott Johnson came to our home & assessed the best central air conditioner for the size of our house, & the whole experience was completely hassle free, not to mention their price for the unit & installation were very affordable, & the installers were professional, courteous, & got the job done in a minimal amount of time. DeKalb Mechanical is a great business. They were patient with us as we asked a million questions to figure out the right furnace for our home. They are honest and dependable. Natale was at my door at 7:00 a.m. first thing on a Monday morning. All I needed was some routine maintenance and my furnace was quiet for the first time in years. DeKalb Mechanical did a great job on my furnace! I will be recommending them to everybody!

Had my super old furnace finally kick the bucket over the weekend, they just finished installing the new one. Everyone was super professional, polite and awesome from my emergency call to our installation today. They showed up when they said they were going to. They made the task of having to buy a new furnace a wholly pleasant experience. No pitch, no pressure. We were walked through the process every step of the way. Cannot recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend DeKalb Mechanical's team. We recently did a remodel and upgrades on our home. They communicated well and were very responsive. We had new vents put through to our roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the AC installation that KM Heating and Cooling recently provided for my home. Professional, courteous, and the quality of work was outstanding. They knew what they were doing, left zero mess, and did it all for a great price. I would absolutely recommend and will certainly be calling KM for future projects.

We got our new AC unit installed by Onon and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician or company to do it. He was professional and friendly during the whole process and we couldn’t have had anyone better! Definitely a great and responsive company who also follows up and makes sure it was done correctly! We had an excellent experience with Dekalb Mechanical from start to finish. Their technician arrived exactly on time and replaced our heat exchanger efficiently and professionally. He used a camera to show us the inside of the unit, showing the cracks, and indicating a clear need for the part replacement.

All Star and specifically Greg has been out on 2 occasions over the last 2 years. First was due to a bad capacitor in the AC unit. He identified it quickly, used his knowledge and contacts to find the right replacement, got it installed and topped off the coolant in the AC unit. The thing worked perfectly until this summer. Went to turn it on and no AC. I at first was bummed thinking the capacitor went again. Called up Greg and he came out next day. He help diagnose that this time it was a bad sending unit with my Ecobee thermostat. He helped me with Ecobee support and With their team work, they got me temporarily setup so that my AC would work until i got a replacement sent from Ecobee. Pricing was very fair and reasonable both times.

I would highly recommend All Star for any HVAC work.

I called All-Star because my heater went kaput; Greg was at my place in 10 minutes, and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes! I couldn't have asked for more professional, efficient and friendly service. All-Star will be my go-to company for all my heating and air conditioning service needs.

My furnace and A/C wouldn't work. He came out same day. I have a very old furnace and parts are getting hard to come by. He ran back to the shop to see if he happened to have the part. Just my luck he happened to have 1! He came back shortly after and had everything up and running! Really nice guy to deal with. All-Star heating and air is my go to place!!

My air conditioner was diagnosis junk and All-Star HAC came out and explained all my options and delivered in a huge way.

The process sounds cut and dry but it was much more dynamic than that. Jason explained my options regarding unit size, current infrastructure limitations and load calculations. Jason sold me before he even spoke simply because he had a tape measure and an inquisitive look on his face as he analyzed my home.

He was the ONLY contractor who did a load calculation on my home by measuring window surface area, asking our liked thermostat position, acquiring square footage of our home, asking about insulation type and quantity etc.

After completing this process, he offered several options for unit size to achieve our desired cooling, budget and install time. The unit was installed the next day without a single hiccup. He is one hell of a cool cat, that is for sure. Call him and forgive the bad pun.

My furnace was malfunctioning and would drop to 66 degrees over night. When I called them I got great customer service. Someone who really stood out was Matt. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and what was going on. I appreciate the quality service I received and would definitely recommend Matt!
