Be careful with this company. They over charge, don’t have itemized invoices. They leave out all fees when booking an appointment until they have people at your house, then they hit you with the “oh by the way”. Service techs were very pushy, just overall super disappointed. Would not use or recommend them.

Joe from G's R Plumbing and Heating did a great job helping with numerous issues in my bathrooms. Joe was very friendly, efficient, professional. I had a visit two weeks ago by a man named Jeff from this business to review a major bathroom project. He spent about 15 minutes reviewing the possible scope. When he left he promised to review the project with someone else from the business and get back to me with an estimate. Two weeks later...’crickets’.
I’ve since procured service from another source.
Business must be so good for this place that they just blow off potential customers.

First and foremost I would like to say that G's R fixed my issue and the repair is sound. However, we had problems during the process after the initial repair was made and G's R never followed through with what I asked them to.

We had Chad as mentioned in a previous review. He was very grumpy and didn't seem like he wanted to be in my house, but answered all my questions and when he repaired my tub catch I thought all was well. I felt confident in G's R reputation that I did not feel the need to check the repair work after speaking with Chad telling me all was good, I closed the wall up and thought that was that.

Few days later after my wife took a shower we were getting a HUGE water leak from the area that was repaired. I did my due diligence to make sure I wasn't at fault for something, and after doing a few things and still having a leak, I opened the wall back up to inspect the work that was done. Well the plumber had opened the top of our drain catch but BROKE the lid and just SET it on top of the catch, broken and not sealed at all, allowing water to leak of the catch got full.

Here is the part where G's R shined, they backed up the bad work 100%, came to my house quickly after we returned from a vacation and fixed the problem. Didn't even charge me for the part that was not charged previously, which I told them I would be more than happy to pay for. Repair is perfect and my issue is resolved.

After the plumber left, I was working with a lady in the office and had expressed my concern that since water had leaked in between a floor and ceiling, that mold could present itself at a later date. I had requested someone come out and clean up the area so hopefully prevent that since this error was caused by a plumber they sent out. I also asked if they could possibly pay for another company to come and make sure mold did not grow in this area by cleaning. The woman I was working with in the office told me "I will have to talk to the owner" and after we ended our call I have not heard from them again, this was over a month ago. The area has since been cleaned at an additional expense to us and we consider the matter closed.

I'm happy with the repair, but really not happy with how the after care was handled. We had significant water leakage onto wood trim, doors, and in the floor/ceiling between our 2nd and 1st floor, I do not think asking them to clean a mistake made by one of their contracted plumbers was too much to ask. Personally I will not use G's R Pluming again.

I found Pete of G & R Plumbing to be a phenomenal person. He explained every facet of the project in laymen's terms and completed the tasks on time. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the scope of work performed. He also cleaned up the work areas! If I could rate Pete higher than 5 stars, I would!

Pete with gsr plumbing was very personable, relaxed, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. Most importantly, on time! Seemed very knowledgeable and quick. Definitely someone you can trust and have a conversation with. He came in for a wax ring leak, and investigated further upon finding low water pressure. Couldve taken a lazy way out but didn't. Would highly recommend! Thanks Pete!

We were with out a toilet. We called G's R and Pete was here with in an hour and went above and beyond fixing our problem! Very affordable and excellent customer service. We also got a call after the fact to make sure our toilet was running well. They will be the first we call for our plumbing needs! He also cut out a water damaged part under our sink so we could see if the leaking would continue under the sink as well so we can better diagnose our issues. Seriously haven't had a better job done . Thank you Pete!

Pete did a great job! He walked me through the process on what he was doing and was courteous while in my home. I had to have a gas line replaced, which I was effectively without heat until Pete replaced it. I am grateful for Pete!!

Had a Great experience with G's R. Had old cast iron pipes that had rotted and cracked. Pete replaced the piping with new pvc in a difficult area and did a fantastic job, faster than I could have imagined. Quality, professional work above and beyond what I expected. Give that man a raise!

We needed a new water heater and Pete did a great job talking us through the details, including the expected time it would take. He was honest and true to his word. His work was excellent and we would use G’s R again in the future.

It has been a challenge to work with G's R Plumbing and Heating and I have no intention of using them again. The most recent service required 3 separate jobs for them to finally complete it right (billed separately) and the final time the technician did not show 3 consecutive times in less than 2 weeks. None of which were we notified about ahead of time. Billing has been an absolute nightmare and to be honest I've never seen a company more incompetent with this task. The owner was supposed to call us over a month ago and despite repeated calls to the office the touch base on when the owner would be available, we have yet to get a call. We're done with this business.

I am pleased with the service that G'sR workman named Pete provided us today. He came out quickly to check our sump pump that stopped working. He was efficient and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and replaced the defective pump. He contacted the manufacturer on our behalf to check on the warranty. He was a fast worker we recommend him highly. Thanks Pete !

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Horrible work, terrible customer service, and make sure if you hire them to right down the hours worked. Three different plumbers were at my house on different times to look at my bathroom remodel. The day they were suppose to start they showed up with nothing and sent a plumber unfamiliar with our project. While installing bathroom plumbing the plumber put a hole all the way through the opposite side of the other wall. Cracked brand new tile work in shower installing fixtures. Hot and cold lines were backwards. They tried to bill us for coming to fix their mistakes. It also took months to receive the bill and the hours worked did not match up to ours. Good luck trying to talk with anyone with any knowledge there besides the receptionist who absolutely does not know what she is doing. Hire anyone else besides GS’R PLUMBING. HORRIBLE

John was awesome. He did a great job identifying our issue and was able to fix it quickly. He kept us informed before his arrival and during the process of fixing our leak. We would definitely recommend G's R to anyone who needs plumbing.

Prompt arrival 30 minutes after phoning. Pete, excellent plumber, installed new hot water heater within 2 hours. Hauled old one up and out of the basement. He was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We will be calling GR again. Great company!

Pete, the plumber that was sent by your company this morning for a big leak... He went above and beyond and moved some of my stuff that I can’t move due to a back injury. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did along with what needs to be done. I will recommend your company to anyone and that they should request Pete! Very satisfied customer!!

I have had a tremendous experience with G'sR in general, and most recently, Pete, in particular. Pete visited on an emergency call (twice) and at the same time discovered the reason for the lack of heat in one part of our house. He followed up multiple times, which I really appreciated! G's R has great customer service!
