After some miscommunication regarding my appointment, Tempco was able to get me in the next day. Jeff was great and explained everything that he cleaned and inspected in my furnace.

Service was performed on time. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Mark recently serviced our heating system for this coming winter. As always, Mark did an outstanding job. He has been servicing this system for a number of years now. I trust Mark in the work and service he provides. He is an outstanding HVAC person and I highly recommend him.

I’ve used them primarily due to a recommendation from the builder of our newer townhome subdivision in Southwest Naperville. I have used Mark since 2020. He’s great but after spending $688 on 1.5 hours of labor to fix my A/C, I may have to use another company that does not charge exorbitant rates

I've used Tempco for my heating and air conditioning needs for more than 5 years. They are the best service experience. I appreciate that I've had the same tech for all my visits. He is patient and respectful answering any questions, always timely, excellent at his job of taking care of servicing the machines, great at letting me know what to expect.

Jason did a great job! Winter made our home very dry so we decided to install a whole-home humidifier. When Jason arrived, he was friendly and respectful and did excellent work. Plus, before he left my home he made sure to show me exactly how to use the new equipment and how to maintain it. Thank you so much!

We used Tempco for years now. Always professional and friendly. We trust their service to keep us cool in summer and warm in the winter. Update 6/2024 Just got A/C serviced, great as usual. Jason was telling us about 2025 changes. Nice to know Tempco is keeping up to date and willing to inform their customer.

Had great service from Jason evaluating my HVAC last year. Attentive to issues I’ve had with furnace and offered advice. Knowledgeable and wax comfortable discussing system with him.

We thought our air conditioner was dead, and would need to be replaced. Jason from Tempco came out on a weekend and diagnosed the problem, replaced a few parts, and got the unit working again! Saved us a ton of money over replacing outright.

Tempco is a well oiled machine. Someone answers the phone, techs show up when scheduled, and stuff gets fixed! We have had Jeff come out and "right some wrongs" with our system and he is the best! Highly recommend! ~

These guys are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and working hard to make sure we don’t freeze during our nasty winters here in Illinois. Scott gave me some good advice on what could be serviceable by me which I appreciate but I’ll leave it to these guys to ensure my furnace and A/C unit are working properly. Highly recommended!

Jason who came right away when our Air Conditioner froze parts within our furnace and was not working properly. He was very professional & gave us a step by step synopsis of what he had to do and options available to us. I appreciated the fact that he was honest & very informative of what was needed & Not needed. We have used Jason for our yearly check ever since and should we have a problem down the line there is no one better than Jason!!

Very happy with Tempco HVAC maintenance. Jason, the HVAC specialist, was very knowledgable, thorough and answered all of my questions. The price was higher than what I had paid in the past with Four Seasons, but the cliche of "you get what you pay for", hold true. Also a shout out to Scott who did a follow up visit 5 days after the maintenance call. Scott was very professional as well. Great HVAC team!
