Highly recommend Leith Heating and Cooling, not just great service but knowledgeable caring people. Our furnace went down on one of the coldest days and Nica had a tech out to us asap and followed up with us every step of the way and our tech Kristian explained everything with great detail and provided great valuable information and we are so THANKFUL for Leith Heating and Cooling great team!

Leith Heating and Cooling is an excellent company especially if you have an older house with a boiler. They're technicians are very experienced in servicing this type of heating system. Today, Kristian came to my house on time at 8am and got to work right away replacing my boiler pump. Shortly after, Matt arrived. They tested the system and bled the lines several times after refilling the water to make sure there was no air pockets in the lines. Their professionalism and expertise with boilers was impressive. I would highly recommend Kristian and his teammates for all of your heating and ac needs.

Leith Heating and Cooling was just at our small business to replace a furnace and air conditioner. They came out to do the quote the day after we called them and were able to schedule this service just a day after we turned them on for the work. They had to schedule a crane to set the condenser around the roof and they did the complete installation all within one working day. The three gentlemen, Carl, Frankie, and Esteban were very professional and genuinely nice to deal with. They did a great job and cleaned up very well after themselves. Our furnace is now working perfectly just in time for the winter season.We would highly recommend them to any other small business or a residential customer.

Everything about my experience was positive. From setting up a convenient time to the actual service call.
Sean showed up early in the designated window and was very thorough in assessing and diagnosing the issue with my unit.
Sean’s knowledge and expertise were extremely apparent and I feel so much more at ease about my heating situation going into these cold days.

Esteban came out and serviced our upstairs unit. Was very professional and helpful. He helped diagnose my problem efficiently. Found that my capacitor was depleted and suggested a replacement. Did everything within an hour. Even walked around the house and helped test other vents. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend!

Leith Heating and Cooling is a family-owned business that has fair and honest pricing. Their service staff have consistently been thorough and informative. Sean recently performed our annual furnace maintenance and ensured everything was working smoothly and properly. The office staff are friendly and very accommodating in scheduling any work. Leith Heating and Cooling is our go to company. We’ve not had big needs but servicing yearly and a few minor repairs. Each time a technician comes they’ve been great. Sean came the week before Thanksgiving. We had company. We got great customer service. In and out quietly, quickly and very efficient. Fixed the problem quickly. Great service.

Can’t speak highly enough of Brian and the folks at Leith!! They were extremely knowledgeable and the customer service was outstanding. Sean and the team installed my new furnace/A/C system and I have nothing but nice things to say! They were great with dealing with my super friendly puppy too haha.

Our newer furnace stopped working at 7:30 pm last night. I call and left a message with Leith. The owner Brian contacted me within 10 minutes. A great tech was out within 45 minutes. He got it limping through the cold night.
New part was replaced quickly by 9 am next morning. It was a manufacture’s defect, and Matt took care of the second service call fee due to the root cause of the issue with the newer furnace.
The Leith team is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Great company! What’s not to love about Leith Heating and Cooling. They employ great people. Annual HVAC service check this year went great. Esteban discovered some rusted parts and installed a drain seal that will prevent future issues as well as replaced a rusted 90 degree pipe fitting. He was super helpful in explaining everything, answering our questions, and completing the work quickly . To top it off the cost was very reasonable. Excellent service again. 5 stars!

This review is a little delayed, but we were truly pleased with our new HVAC system installed in June. Leith is a family owned business that lives up to their reviews. Our installers (Esteban and Carl) and sales rep (Jake) kept us updated during the process and were very polite and professional. Jake especially took the time to help us set up the app so we were ready to go on one of the warmest days. After the install, we had questions and Jake was quick to respond with answers, which was much appreciated. We continue to recommend Leith to others who need new systems. Thank you for being the kind of business that TRULY cares about their customers!

I reached out to several companies for a new HVAC system, and from my very first call with Leith, I received exceptional customer service. The advisor, Jake, was thorough and took the time to clearly explain all my options and how the entire system worked. He made sure I understood everything before moving forward, which I truly appreciated.

They were able to come out to my home within a day for the repair, and thanks to their quick response, my daughter and I were back in a warm, comfortable home right away. Other companies I contacted had much longer wait times and didn’t show the same level of urgency.

Our furnace wouldn’t turn on while contractors were replacing drywall after dealing with frozen pipes. You can imagine the stress. My husband called Leith to come for an assessment, and Brian was able to get to our house soon after the call. While he was there, he checked the electrical panel and found that the furnace had somehow been switched off and that was the reason for the furnace not turning on. We truly appreciate his punctuality and also honesty. We still requested a quote to replace the furnace, and his pricing seems honest and fair.

Advantage has taken care of our home HVAC for about seven years. A routine system check for upcoming summer weather. We've purchased their Residential Maintenance Contract each year! Whether a repair or Routine Maintenance; Advantage has come through for us as any concern has come up. Nothing but good things to say. Advantage's contract service checks our system twice a year and stands behind their work. Recently, we've had an intermittent problem, generally the most challenging to find before a failure. Advantage made all levels of company expert support available to diagnose and solve the issue. Constantly coming through to maintain our HVAC and address concerns.

Advantage Heating & Cooling can always be counted on to do the job right the first time, on time, and this time was no exception. Howard is an amazing tech who does an impeccable job, and is very personable and friendly as well. We've been with Advantage for years, and also take advantage of their yearly maintenance program, an excellent value that gives us peace of mind as our HVAC is in the best hands possible.

Riley came out on the day we closed on our new home and got us back up within an hour. We had a short in the system that completely killed our heat. Very pleasant, professional and overall great to work with. Thank you!

The serviceman, Al Barzu, was very thorough and courteous. Along with the furnace maintenance, he set up and explained the membership program for me and said he would also have the ventilator, attached to the furnace, looked at and cleaned in the spring. I am very happy with the service provided.

Marcus showed up on time and was extremely friendly and efficient. He was thorough and honest and a real pleasure to have work on our equipment! It’s obvious he knows his stuff and his effort was greatly appreciated!

Arrived home Sunday evening and AC was not working. Earlier in the day a storm caused a power failure. Spoke with emergency on call tech who would have responded. From my perspective this was not an emergency and asked for call back on Monday morning. Received call at 8:00 am, tech was onsite at 10 and work completed by 10:30. AC working again, all points of service were very good. Communication was timely and service was prompt as promised.

the crew Jerry and Ventura from Advantage did a tremendous job on installing my whole house humidifier from the quote to scheduling and installation, it looks and works great very professional and courteous and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I chose advantage! Ben
