I had an AMAZING experience with Leith Heating and Cooling. Our upstairs AC unit stopped working on a 95 degree day and we were scrambling to find a solution. A neighbor recommended Leith so I called to explain my problem. Brian was out later that day to take a look and consult with me on what was going on. He was extremely professional, not pushy, and laid out all of my options to get my AC fixed. I decided it was in our best interest to get a new AC and Furnace installed and get my other unit serviced. We got very lucky and they were able to schedule me for a new install the next day at 8:00AM. Matt and his crew showed up at 7:59AM next day ready to work. They explained everything to me as to their scope of work and let me know to ask throughout the process if I had any questions. The professionalism and knowledge they had made me extremely comfortable with them installing my new system. Pricing was fair and the job was completed that day. Our AC is now working amazing and I look forward to installing my other AC/Furnace with them next year. I will also be using them to perform proactive maintenance on my units moving forward. 5 Star review for a 5 star company. You will not regret using Leith Heating and Cooling!!!

We had Leith install new heating and AC system and they were responsive, quick and so easy to work with. They are very profession and do great quality work. I’ve been using them for years for other services before getting the new unit and always had a great experience.

Kristian came and took care of a valve/vent issue for us. He provided excellent customer service. He was polite, friendly, and thorough and did a great job. He went above and beyond to explain what he did, and had replacement parts on hand. Leith is an awesome company and their service people are top notch! Thank you Kristian!

Esteban serviced our furnaces today and every visit from Leith and in particular with Esteban as our technician is friendly, professional and efficient. Additionally, he usually teaches us something new about the equipment to help us do the best in our own maintenance. He is excellent!

My air conditioner was not working and the people who installed it nine short years ago said the warranty would be no and void because I had not had my unit serviced for two years. It needed a new coil which was leaking, which would not have been in anyway Helped or harmed by not having a service man out. I called Leith. They came out at no charge just to give me a quote on fixing it. The man was very nice very pleasant very knowledgeable. He called the company that made the coil and yes, they were going to Honor the warranty, which was a 10 year warranty. All I had to pay for was labor because of his willingness to go the extra step, he saved me a great deal of money and I will use them from now on for any HVAC situation . If you want somebody who is willing to go the extra step to try to help and who can fix it quickly call Leith

Sean, Carl and Esteban installed a complete new Amana HVAC system for us last Friday. They were on time, very polite and efficient. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and cleaned up when they were finished. All three were a pleasure to work with.

Called Leith hoping for a service call that day. They were able to schedule a technician within a couple hours. Technician Sean found my blower motor was seized so a replacement was necessary. The technician was able to find one in their stock and had the furnace up and running about an hour after that. Very pleased with the service.

Frankie came to my home this morning to perform regular maintenance. He was timely, courteous and clean. He also explained in detail what he did and anything that I need to do to follow up. He’s one of the many reasons why I continue to use Leath Heating And Cooling. Highly recommend!

I want to give a huge thank you to Frankie and Carl for going above and beyond during my furnace replacement. My old furnace was completely out, and while I waited several weeks for the new one to arrive, they made sure I wasn’t left without heat. They set things up so my home stayed warm in the meantime, which was a lifesaver.

Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to accommodate me during a stressful time truly stood out. The installation of the new furnace was excellent, and the service from start to finish was outstanding.

Omar was awesome! He broke everything down for us and repaired our furnace in a timely manner. It was nice to have a repair person with a great personality and quality experience. Highly recommended!!

My heat went out on Saturday night around 9:00 pm. They responded quickly to my emergency call, came and checked the furnace and were able to get it running again but the furnace got really hot and there was a burning odor so he said he had to shut it down. The next morning (Sunday) they came back with a quote for a new unit which I accepted and an hour later the owner and his son came and removed the old unit. The next morning the installation team came and installed the new unit and air conditioner, and I had heat again!
They were friendly, efficient, responsive and I now have an HVAC company I can count on.

Esteban was polite, friendly, and knew what he was doing. My husband was in an HVAC tech for over 20 years and now that he is no longer able to take care of these things around the house, it is good to know we have someone we can trust to make sure our HVAC staying running for years to come.
