The Legacy team did a great job replacing our 15 year old AC Unit. Sean came out to do the initial assessment, confirmed it was unrepairable, and worked up a quote on the spot. I quoted five other HVAC companies in the area. Legacy worked with me to provide the best service, both from price and installation timing. On the day of installation, the installers we on time, courteous, professional and had the new unit up and running within about 5 hours. These guys all did excellent work and I would recommend them highly.

Davieon from Legacy came out to assess a possible plumbing leak. He checked out the situation and was very informative and kept me in the loop as he did so. Needed a plumber to fix leaky/corroded valve and piping in kitchen. Called around to area plumbing companies to see about getting someone over quickly to fix. A few large/big name companies I called had switched out their reception/ office employees with AI phone receptionist; I did not appreciate the hassle and impersonal dealing with AI computer interface. I hung up on those companies almost immediately. Then I called Legacy Plumbing and an actual person greeted me on the other end; I think her name was Michae. She was efficient, seemingly knowledgeable and interested in helping me. She worked with me to find the soonest time for a plumber to come out to help.

Davieon Wright came out, was courteous, personable and knowledgeable in his field. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem accordingly. He quoted fair prices for the materials and labor. He was diligent and respectful, and explained the work he did afterwards. He cleaned up promptly, and his workmanship showed very well.

When in need of a local, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient plumber in the future, I will definitely call the folks at Legacy.

Legacy is always dependable and knowledgeable, taking care of my heating and air conditioning. Sean came out last week and went over and beyond , cleaning and servicing my air conditioner. My 25 year old unit was sparkling when he left! And on a hot day too. Kudos to the scheduler too who keeps me informed of my appointments.

Great company!! Excellent plumbing service!! Legacy plumbing team came in and fixed our shower remodel that went wrong from a different contracting company. Our bathroom was broken, found out about Legacy, saw their reviews, and thought this is the company we need to hire to fix our mess and we did. The Legacy’s team did fix our mess and we are so grateful, the guys went above and beyond, making sure we are happy with their work, and Haylie from the office made sure we are happy with the work. The team at Legacy is absolutely amazing. They have been servicing the HVAC for my family for a few generations at this point and I just had a whole home system install. They are professional, understanding, and honest. It was a great experience all around from securing financing to the day of the install. Excellent communication. I had Legacy do some plumbing work after another company had come to my house and made a cost estimate. There were multiple issues to fix.

Legacy did the work for much less than the other company's estimate. And I mean MUCH less.

Richard was the plumber and he was excellent. Some of the items that the other company wanted to replace at a high cost, Richard repaired instead replacing, which saved a lot of money. All work was done right the first time.

Legacy will be my preferred plumbing repair company from now on.

My dad used Legacy at his place before he passed, they always did a great job for him. Decided to have them come and install my new furnace and a/c unit for me. They were on time, very professional, while it took them most of the day for the removal and install, in the end they will always have my business moving forward. A very good job, well done Legacy!
